[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — account blocked

Sub- complaint against bank

Dear sir,

My name is shahnawaz iqbal ansari residing 24/4, ranipura indore m.p. I am having an a/c no.[protected] with icici bank malav parisar branch a.b. road indore.icici bank provide me an credit card no.[protected].but due to recession i lost my job from bharti axa life insurance company and i did not pay outstanding amount.Icici bank agent used abusive language with me and my family member from telephone no.[protected],[protected],[protected],073
[protected]. meanwhile my father arrange some amount for the operation of my grand mother and give me to keep it and because of safety i have deposited whole amount in icici bank account but icici bank blocked my account without any prior notice. since i am jobless i told the bank agent i will pay whole amount on installment but they told me bank recover whole amount debit from account within 7 days.
Its my humble request to give instruction to icici bank to release my account temporary so that i withdraw my amount for operation of my grand mother and when my financial condition will stable i will pay whole account in installment
