I got a call from icici bank credit card department on 11-OCT-2011 and they said that they are making new credit card with lot of benefits and then in starting I get a gift of worth rupees 8000/- and get 25% discount on every product which I buy with my new credit card and they said to they want IOTP I have to put in tele phonic call to generate the a access code and after that I got a message in my register mobile that from my account 4964/- rupees was deducted and payment was made for plat5 consultant but when i got a call then they said that they calling from icici credit card department.

I will be very thankful to you if consumer complaint authority will take legal action against plat5 consultant and refund my amount in my account.

this is simply robbing the customer. i suggest you to visit rbi web site and lodge complaint giving full details. the call must have been from the credit cared department only otherwise amount would not be immediately debited from your account. you may note that icici bank web does not have customer care email id where complaint can be send and a poof thereof can be had. this has been done purposefully. if you go to back with written complaint to the the bank and ask for the acknowlegement they may refuse to do. rbi should evolve some mechanism curbing such menace. after going through verious complaint related sites one will find that icici bank is one of the worst to bank with. it is better to stay away especially from its credit card!

    I am getting harassed by ICICI recovery agents and Manger from Vashi Branch, They call me and also some of my relatives and friends. they using very abusive languages.

    I don't know how they got their numbers. I am always pick their call still they are calling and harassing.

    In 2007 i owe 94000 and i had paid 75000 in different times. Now they claim i have to pay 1.2 Laks. I don't have any job and i am single. i ready for settlement but they demand 55000. i can not pay such big amount. I am living in Mumbai working for small salaries. My friends and relatives criticizes. i feel to suicide please help hot to come out of this.
    Can someone advice me what to do

      My anme is Sri AMIT KUMAR SAMANTA, Residing at Shenjuti, 28 , Onkarmall Jethia Road, Howrah-711103 having PAN NO AJUPS9069E is like to complain about the misrepresentation of my name in CBIL by ICICI Bank Ltd.

      I Like to narrate the following incidents as follows:
      One fine morning a got a phone call from recovery agent that i have used ICICI Bank Credit Card and have not cleared due of Rs one lakh Plus. i denied the claim and reported that there must be some misunderstanding as i do not have any ICICI Bank Credit Card. After some days a person having a list of Defaulters and claiming a manager of ICICI Bank visited our house and showed us a list of defaulters of that bank. i denied and requested him to show any documents relating to that card and any document of proof of the card"s issuance in my name or that is been used by me but they refused to do so and could not provide any document relating to it. Then there are number of phone calls from various persons claiming from ICICI Bank and claiming for the amount of more that lakhs.

      after some days the phone calls are became threatning calls from Mumbai Tis Hazari Court or so and slang languages etc are common phenomenan. the calls were from different numbers and different times. i have reported the incident to Local Police Station that is Shibpur Police Station but in vain. the incident continues for several months.

      Now as i am a Business person and Director of an Infrastructure company, the company requires some urgent funding in the form of Bank Guarentee and i was the Gaurentor. While searching a Pvt Bank Found that my Name along with the PAN no is displayed as Defaulter in CBIL website. Due to emergency and my company"s benefit i was forced to Pay Rs 50000/- as a settlement amount to ICICI Bank Ltd and all the documents are along with me today and i can show it to you.

      Again last month our Company have revised financial proposals to SBI and again it was found my name along with my PAN no is in CBIL web site as defaulter is still displaying.

      Now i like to formally and officially complain this incident to you as well as ask you what what basis CBIL displayed defaulters name and document supported by? What are the checking methods for having and confirming such allegations against a person? If financial Institutions provide all documents to CBIL then why they should not mailed the details to the Defaulter( that Person or organisation) after taking the contact details provided as per PAN of IT Department? What are the compensatory measures taken by CBIL for wrong data input or not update of records for harashing a person as well as hampering his name and prestige to other Financial institution as well as to public as well as hampering earning power and future of a person and organisation and hampering the economic Growth of INDIA.

      Please give me a solution of this problem and resolve this complain. All the documents i have raised will be produced by me when needed.

        Dear Concerned,

        I had availed a credit card from ICICI bank and had settled the dues vide settlement letter no RefCODE/ICSO1BNG/052009/10798/6-583 for 15k and the validity was till 7th May 2009, I had paid the settlement amount of 15k on 6th May 2009 in your ICICI Rajajinagar Branch through cash, I do have the cash paid voucher for the same,

        even after settling the account, your collection agencies are threaten me, they are calling my parents and revealing the info as well,


        Prior to this i was given a settlement of Rs.40000 in four shots and the same was paid to the collection FE(GRA agency), but he has given me only 27k receipt and was not to be seen thereafter, i had lost 13k on that as well, after a prolonged discussion your team members have again convinced me to pay 15k as final settlement, even after my bad past experience i had paid 15k but this time i had paid it to the bank directly

        I hope I am badly deceived and my credit ratings has gone for a toss only because of ICICI Collections teams mis-management,


        I have Requested For Closer of my credit card account, But still Collection Executives have been calling me and asking to pay the Amount

            I am Ajit Gandhi and I hold a floating rate home loan with ICICI Bank (LBMUM[protected]), there have been lot many complaints against the unjust unfair means of conducting business within Housing Finance Department. Following are my complaints :

            1) On discussing with ICICI Bank officials for pre-closure of the above stated loan on October 13, 2011, I was told that I would be charged a pre closure penalty of 2%. On mentioning that RBI has given a press release on September 06, 2011 (http://www.rbi.org.in/scripts/BS_PressReleaseDisplay.aspx?prid=25012) stating that banks are not suppose to charge pre closure penalties/charges on floating rate loans, ICICI Bank officials flatly denied the same. I am worried as this is no way to harass a client. The interest rates are rising, incase if you want to close your loan you are unnecessary taxed with extra sums, which is unfair.

            2) Also, for the above mentioned loan, I have paid a sum of Rs.6.18 lakhs till date from 2007 onwards, of which only 5% of it has been credited towards principal repayment and the balance 95% have been considered against Interest payment. This is highly unfair as a client would have paid interest for a tenure then what he is already holding a loan for. Say for example if I were to close my loan now, my interest payment is already in excess then what it should have been till date.

            I would request RBI and the honorable Consumer Court to kindly pay attention to my compliant and assist us against such monopolistic unfair business organisations.

              Here is my worst experience with ICICI bank.

              My self is Jayesh Banker. My company has tied up with ICICI bank for salary account before 2 months and as part
              of company, my account has been opened with bank but i haven't received my ATM card and PIN Number yet.
              Since last two months, I am continously talking with ICICI bank's representative almost everyday but I am not getting
              proper response from them. Everytime I am getting different answers like card is on the way, you need to give application for duplicate card and pin no etc.. I followed all the setps like application for duplicate card suggested
              by them but till date there is no progress in this matter.

              This is my worst experience with ICICI bank. With such MNC bank I am not expexcting this type of service.

                Dear Sir,

                I am Sudhir Kumar Raiguru, bearing the a Furute Card from ICICI bank
                card number [protected] had made a purchase of 1598/- on 21st
                Sept 2008. I did not received my first month bill statement till
                January 2009. While enquired about the bill statement on the ICICI
                bank phone number [protected] I got to know that I have a bill
                statement of more than 2500/- billing amount as per the non payment of
                the last bill. When I complained regarding the same, the Executive
                with whom I was talking to said all other expenses would be waived off
                and I will receive the updated bill by email. However I confirmed him
                that after receiving the Updated bill, I will make the payment of only
                the amount that I have made a purchase of, i.e. 1598/-. After 10-15
                days I received the same bill of more than 2500/-.

                After that I received a call from the ICICI back Credit Card
                Settlement team and was told to do a payment of 2000/- for the
                settlement of the card
                I again said plz waive off all the late payment charge and other taxes
                and send me my original bill fo 1598/-, so that I will make a payment
                otherwise I will not make any payment.

                I had an ICIC Bank Account bearing A/c nubmer[protected] which I was
                using for my Investment purpose with a direct debit of 2000/- per
                month.

                It was fine till January 2011.
                Suddenly on 26th February 2011, my Account has been debited forcibly
                for 2406.26/- without my consent. While enquired about the same at the
                nearest ICICI Bank branch I have been told that the credit card
                department has debitted the amount from my Account.

                How can you do so without my consent ???

                Also I was forced to be a defaulter towards the investment for
                February month as my Account was out of balance and My name is in a
                Negative Credit User List for which I am not eligible for any Credit
                cards nor Loans.

                Now I am a Priority customer of Axis Bank and all my transactions are
                very fine with the Bank, yet the kind of interest on my Account
                balance per month they are paying, is lower than that what I was
                getting from ICICI Bank.
                My brother Samir Kumar Raiguru who is a Previllege customer of ICICI
                Bank has opened an FD of Rs.1 Lakh for the best Interest Rate and I am
                also encouraged to do the same in your Bank.

                So my sincere request to you that as my Account has already been
                debited by 2406/- which is much higher than the Actual Credit Card
                Bill Amount of 1598/-, plz waive off all the rest amount which is only
                your Late Payment Fee and other Taxes and remove my name from the
                Negative Credit List.

                Seeking your help to resolve my issue at the Earliest and settle the
                Credit Card Account.

                  I have ICICI Bank Account No:[protected].I regularly used my ATM Card.I never got any problem before this happened.On 3rd October 2011,I tried to withdray 4000/- from SBI group ATM centre at Chintal branch, but there was no money in that ATM.so it didn't disperse money.Then I went to Axis Bank ATM centre at chintal and withdraw 1000/- and then later on the same day again I with draw 20000/- and 4000/- from ICICI Bank ATM'S.
                  Finally when I took mini statement it shows that all the amount i.e.29000/-(Including withdraw from SBI Group) was withdrawn from my account.
                  Then immediately on the same day I made Service Request by phone and they given me Service Request No:SR[protected] and the customer care executive told that the amount will refund in 10 days.after that i didn't received any call or SMS regarding my service request.
                  On 12th Oct 2011 when I opened my net banking and checked for my service request status I shocked that the service request was closed without getting my money back.So immediately I called customer care people and asked about it, they told that the request is completed because the SBI Group told them that the cash was taken my me.When I argued about this the customer care person registered again for service request and he given the number as SR[protected] telling that you will receive a call from our people within 24 hours,but I didn't received any call from them,so my self I called to customer care again today(14th Oct'11) asking about my service request,then the person said that it may take 17 days to solve.So I decided to complain in consumer court.What I will do next? One more thing I want to tell u that actual my daily withdrawing limit is 25000/- but on 03/10/11 it shows as 29000/- means excess of daily limit.How it happened? I am attaching a copy of my statement. Please look that I will get back my amount immediately as I have some urgent works to do

                      Dear Sir,

                      ICICI has deducted POSDEC CHG/05-09-11/6574/25ST3 from my account 5 times on 13th-oct. I have raised a query to ICICI bank several times but have not got a response from ICICI bank. My query is as follows

                      1. My bank account has my money and my understanding is that it is supposed to be secured by the bank and no one is authorized to make any transaction from the account without my consent (through a signature or through online transfer with my transaction password and appropriate authentication. But since ICICI bank is holding my account can they do any transaction on my account without even informing me or taking any consent from me.
                      2. My account is more than 10 years old now. The terms and conditions that i agreed at that time are not applicable anymore. Can they change any of the terms and conditions just by putting it on the website. Do they not need to take a consent from the customer.

                      Please let me know how do i take this forward to consumer forum.

                        My Name is Venkata SrinivasaRao Kasturi, and holder of ICICI credit card and from Hyderabad.

                        Recently, I was billed for unused transactions of my ICICI Credit card. I never withdrawn cash from ATM by using credit card nor authorized any body to withdraw also not a regular and habtiuated user of Credit card. I was surprised to see the transactions of withdrawal Rs.100/- by using credit card. ICICI bank charges Rs.300 + for service charge+ interest which amounts more than 3 times of Rs.100/-.

                        I hope no person in the world use credit card for drawing Rs.100/- . I was surprised to see Rs.100/- transaction. I raised my complaint of no use. They simply say that the Rs.100/- transaction is genuine - Which is ridiculous. I read that even our Central's minister got wrong transactions billing in India, when he was touring abroad.

                        With the above details, I urge top officials of ICICI bank to look into the matter before it is too late and bank's reputation got damaged.

                        I sincerely request fellow citizens, not to use Credit cards of private banks which are prone to malpractices and there should be a regulatory body to look into the grievances of innocent customers and users.

                        My name is sapna.

                        It is common now a day to here about the credit card fraud like someone using your card for booking the flight. The same thing happens with me.
                        On October 25th i was shopping in the mall & got the bill of 5000 when i went to pay through my card the guy at the counter said you have insufficient amount where as i had around 9000 in my card i was surprised. As it was festival the shop was full of people waiting for the billing so i just paid from other card & left the counter.
                        When i was just about to call customer care to check then i got the sms from ICICI bank telling that i have booked the online ticket through make my trip from Delhi to Mumbai. As the ticket charged was 10662 they had given 1000 extra to my card.
                        then i call customer care informed about the fraud happened & block my card & they gave me the complaint number (sr[protected] & said it will take 45 day if it from icici gate way & other bank it will take 51 days. Then i sent the written complaint through fax & then i did courier to there Hyderabad office.

                        I wanted to get as much as information about who could use i called the make my trip, There was really nice gal who helped me with possible information about the guy who is traveling she gave the pnr number & the traveler name & mobile number the details are PNR number 70OPYW name are

                        the flight was Go air -171, When we called go air they said the flight is taken off, There seat number was 21A & 21 C. then we called the airport at Mumbai if they can stop then & ask then to show there card through which they have booked. They said until they get the letter from the bank they cannot do anything. then we called the icici bank & said the same detail they said do not worry we will look into the issue now the dispute section will do there work & asked me not do any call to people to check.

                        After some day i wanted to know the status of the complaint as i had not heard about, when i called they said my card is blocked but there was no complaint. Then i explained everything once again he said he will pass the phone to dispute section but he cut the call.

                        After some day i got the call from Chennai asking about the payment i told the guy i will not pay until i get the information about the my dispute he escalated the call to his senior the lady said she will call me back with some information. After some time she called & said as there was no complaint about it she raised the complain again & gave me the other number (SR[protected] & she said to fax again the details I send it again. After some day I got the sms from icici bank that an Interim credit is given to my account on14.11.08.

                        After that almost every day I used to get the call for my payment I used tell the same thing once I get the my dispute settled I will pay what I have spent & will not pay the interest you put on my account. They use to tell they will get back to me but never got back.

                        Once I got the call from card section manger Sujit I said him I will not ray I don’t want to tell same thing again & again he said to write to him in the mail I wrote & sent it. After that I had no information but once in week they will call for the payment & once I tell them they about the dispute they will tell will get back won’t call me back, after all these day I got sms they it will take 91 days on 3-12-08 after that there is no mews Nor I have heard regarding the complaint. I want to pay what I have spent but not the late payment & interest rate they have put.

Every month an amount of Rs.1000 for Reliance Mutual Fund been debited from my account, apart from that there is no deduction.                           ICICI Bank Ltd — Amount debited from my account without my knowledge

                          On 10th June, Rs 8649.45 had been auto debited from my account against the credit card number [protected] without my knowledge. This card is not pertaining to me. Immedietly on 10th June I lodged compliant on customer care through phone banking and enquired the details. The customer care department asked to call on 11th for further details. When i enquired on 11th june they have not responded and disconnected the phone ruthlessly. Then I straight away went to my ICICI bank branch ( Mission street, Pondicherry ) and gave a written complaint for details. After I lodged the complaint, they have communicated that we will receive a complaint number through sms on 11th evening. I had waited upto 12th June 2009 afternoon but no complaint number received. Then again I went directly to the bank and enquired for the details. There was no response and the treatment was very bad. Again we gave second complint letter and the communication from bank office is " THAT CARD IS IN YOUR NAME ONLY WE DON'T KNOW ANYTHING AND WE DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO AND YOU HAVE TO CONTACT CREDIT CARD DEPARTMENT. "

                          Then I went to credit card department and came to know that the card is issued on the month of May’09 through blue dart courier. I asked for the details of POD number of the courier and my proof which I given for the card received. But no proof has been shown to me. And the treatment from the bank is also not be good. thay replayed that it is not updated in system.

                                Issue still pending from last 2 years...

                                This is regarding my credit card no. 4477 xxxx xxxx 2007 bank icici new delhi, my credit card limit was rs. 20000/- and bank sent me a statement of rs. 34000/-they have charged me over my bill limit and as per cibil i have to pay only rs. 2500/- . For the recovery of excess payment they called me many time even thought i am ready to pay the amount as per cibil, but they threaten me to pay the excess amount, i am mentally harassed by them, bank people call me more than 10 time every day.

                                I want to settel the due payment as per the cibil only.

                                ICICI Home Loan Company — NON RECEIPT OF MY ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS

                                I have been financed by ICICI for taking over of my loan from Indbank housing...I started paying the EMI promptly and the last due was paid about 40 days back. I have been foloowing with ICICI team on the staus of returning of my original documents, but to my surprise, no one is giving any clear information to me...They keep on telling every time that they would check and get back, but no feed back till now...I need my original documents back and i will appreciate if this is actioned by ICICI top people at the earliest..
                                before 15 days I have received icici bank credit card pin no. After two days (5 oct. 2007 ) I receioved a massage from icici bank on my mobile no.[protected] for congratulation on receiving icici credit card. But i did not receive any credit card till now. I contact to icici bank custmor care no.[protected] but they told that they can not give me any information about it and last five days the customer care no answer -temporary technical fault.                                 ICICI Bank, Senior Citizen Account Creation — Harassment during account creation

                                Dear Sir/Madam,

                                In the first week of August we made an application for a opening an senior citizen savings account in ICICI VIP Road Branch, Kolkata. The account has not yet been opened till date. The employees there just playing with our time and and patience.

                                The filled up application form along with all necessary document was collected from our house by an ICICI bank representative of the same branch. He provided us the cheque book and ATM card in advance at the time of collection of application which were supposed to be activated in 10-12 days.

                                During the next month, we have received 2 or 3 phone calls (with more than week gaps between each call) asking us to resubmit few more documents which was not asked before. We tried to cooperate by providing all necessary documents they asked for till we realized that we are being harassed intentionally for some purpose. Finally we visited the branch and talked to a lady manager. She had a thorough look at the application form and all the documents attached with it and finally asked for two more documents. We submitted those documents and she confirmed that the account will be openend in next 10 days without any more trouble and any more document.

                                It is about one and half month till the communication with the lady manager but no account has been opened yet. I visited the bank in between (may be around 3 weeks back) and found that there was no progress till that time. The manager told it will take few more date though no clue about the reason of the delay was given.

                                I am writing this email on behalf of my brother Achintya (the second applicant) & my mother Aruna Roy Chowdhury who is the first applicant.

                                I am one of them.
                                I am wondering how ICICI bank has reached up to this level with such pathetic & unprofessional attitude.
                                I would not recommend even a fool to get hooked with ICICI bank ever.

                                I have been asking about returning my Administration fees (paid for home loan approval) back past two months because ICICI is unable to process my loan for one of the prestigious builders in Mumbai. And there have been no response from any of the ICICI seniors.

Infact, someone form Customer Service told me that the a/c has been closed with nil balance. On 25/10/07 when I checked my savings a/c it was blocked & when I spoke to Cust Serv, they told me that it has been blocked due to non payment of CC bill. They are making me to run form post to pillar, asking me to speak to CC team,Savings a/c team & even the Collection Agency with no result

                                I had never requested for ECS deduction for my telephone bill through my credit card ..but still there was a deduction from my A/C…I also gave a request to close the ECS facility …I gave the complaint in month of April 27 , my phone number is [protected]

                                Reliance Mobile — recharge issue

                                Hi Sir/Madam,

                                I am Agam, living in Delhi.

                                My problem is that during diwali festival when i was in Meerut i got my reliance mobile recharged with a monthly tariff plan of rs.105.

                                When i returned back and heard about 55 tariff plan, i asked one dukanwala to recharge it on my number but he said it is not getting recharged.

                                I contacted reliance customer for this issue, they said as i got rs.105 recharge my number got converted into lifetime connection and therefore i can not use 55 tariff plan.

                                they also said that after 31-dec,07 i will be able to get benefit of 55 tariff plan.

                                now when today i got normal monthly recharge and then tried to get 55 tariff plan activated on my number i failed reason being the same.

                                My point is how can my number got converted into life time one

                                secondly, when they are saying that i am having life time connection then how they can stop my incoming when my monthly recharge that expires.

                                Currently from the last two months i am paying huge bill because of this issue and will be great full to you if you can help me out.

                                ICICI Bank — Fraud credit card transactions charged to my bank account

                                Hi,

                                Last year there were some fraudulent transactions on my credit card and upon bringing it to the notice of ICICI bank, they readily accepted my dispute transaction only to rule it in their favour.

                                Those transactions had been carried out somewhere in Australia and after the tormenting experience of ICICI customer care I got to know that those were SWIPED transactions hence I assume internet fraud ruled out. I had even emailed them the entire copy of my scanned Passport as an evidence that I had never been to Australia. All this time the card was never taken away from me. Then somewhere in July 2007 I received a mail saying that I had submitted enough documentary evidences.

                                Now all of a sudden, I find that my Bank account has been auto-debited without my consent for the fraudulent transaction amount as well the charges piling up since last one year as late payment fees.

                                I do not know how to proceed further as the customer care deptt of ICICI seems to be the worst in the world. If anybody can suggest me the means to proceed, I will be extremely delighted. Currently I am not in India, hence there are added problems for me.

                                ICICI Bank — Incorrect Debit to my Saving Account

                                Facts of the case:
                                I take taken a credit card number [protected] with the ICICI Bank
                                Total outstanding was settled for Rs.20000/- with ICICI executives.
                                Confirmation for the same was received from ICICI bank
                                As per the terms of settlement amount was paid to ICICI bank.
                                No information was sent by the bank after the settlement.
                                7 month latter bank debit my account with Rs 31,400/-
                                I called the customer care on 18/01/08 reference number is51860902. Customer care has assured that I will receive reply with 7 working days. They also provide the some phone numbers with are always busy or no body was responding.
                                On 23/01/08 called again ICICI bank for knowing the status of my query. The person told me that they cannot resolve the case. We need to contact the phone number as given earlier. When we told the status of phone number then they had given the email address.

                                After follow up First reply received on 04/02/08 saying there was no settlement made this card
                                Email send along with the acceptance letter of ICICI bank and payment receipts as per the bank letter.
                                Response received that it was offer made by the bank but we have not accepted the offer. Also advice to make the balance payment.

                                Replied to refer the “letter” sent by ICICI Bank, as per letter, “refer to you discussion with representative of the bank”. “We confirm the acceptance of”.


                                Consequences:
                                Due to incorrect debit to my account all checks issued for payments were bounced and I was mentally harassed by the collection executives of the Bank for which checks were bounced all its happened due to ICICI Bank illegal withdrawal money from my saving account.
                                This is to inform you that, I have issued a Cheque No. 043791 dated 4th January 2008 for Rs. 4,921.43 in favour of ICICI Bank Credit Card No. [protected] towards my credit card payment of Rs. 4,921.43 and deposited the same on your drop box on same day.
                                On going through the SB Account statement online, I observed that you have debited an amount of Rs. 492.43 instead of the actual amount of Rs.4,921.43 from my above said SB Account. In this connection, I went to the D N Road Branch, where I have opened my SB Account and informed about the same. The officer on duty has then sent an email to the concerned department about the said discrepancy and asked me to confirm the same after two/three days. Again I went to the D N Road Branch and asked the officer about the same. The Officer then informed me that, the Bank has made a mistake in debiting an amount of Rs. 492.43 against Rs. 4921.43 towards my ICICI Credit Card No. [protected].
                                The Officer, then directly debited the balance amount of Rs. 4,429, which is outstanding in my Credit Card from my above said S B Account on 15th January, 2008 and assured me that, there will be no problem.
                                Recently, I have received my credit card Statement for the month of January, 2008 and surprisingly I observed that, there is no credit of Rs. 4,429 which is made directly by the Bank on 15th January, 2008 and the Bank has levied interest and other charges from Credit Card Account of Rs. 281.10
                                Immediately, I have called up your customer care services on 31st January, 2008 and informed about the same. They informed me that the Credit Card Department have not received such credit of Rs. 4,429 and asked me to check up with the Branch, where you have made the payment. Again I went to the Branch and narrated story again and they assured me that, the online payment of Rs. 4,429 has already credited to my Credit Card No. [protected], but the said transaction has not yet been reflected in my above said credit card with your Branch.

                                In view of the above, I request you to kindly rectify the above said mistake immediately and inform the credit card department for not levying the interest and other charges levied in my credit card statement due to non-payment of the outstanding balance.

                                I am Mallikarjuna.HM, I applied for one credit card, they have given three crdit card with out any request, They promised no annual fees and other fees, now twice i used this credit card , per tranction they are charging 300 extra amount, earlier I did not know this, I drawn 2000 Rs for that they charged 675 rs extra, 2000+675=2675 rs, so now I came to know cheating of ICICI bank, Then I went to ICICI branch, Malleswaram(Bangalore) for cancellation of credit card, I asked for cancellation to Manager, he did not give any information, and I called customer care center, even they are also not giving any information, I already paid balance amount, now there is no balance, please help me to cancel the credit cards. and whom should I contect for cancellation of credit cards.

                                I was holding Credit Card No. [protected] of ICICI Bank from 2003 onwards. Unfortunately, the Bank has alleged to have delivered a add on card No.[protected] to me and subsequently an alleged receipt of the card, it was used for continuously for three days, 12, 13,14 April 2007 for a sum of Rs.7854/-, Rs.9894 and Rs.7932 respectively. I came to know that the alleged card issued in my name and was alleged to have been used for Rs.25679 for continuously for three days. I requested the Bank and asked to block the card forthwith and confirmed them the non-receipt of the add on card No.[protected]. Though they have blocked the card, yet they have sent a statement of Credit Card No. [protected] wherein the alleged usage of Rs.26079.82 by the Add on Card

                                My request is that I have not received and used the card. The bank forcibly recovered the above amount from my S.B. Account No..[protected]. Due to the above forcible recovery frfom my above S.B. Account I am not keeping the minimum balance required in the account. Also I am not able to pay the charges towards my D.Matg account with ICICI Bank, which was to be deducted from my S.B. Account.

                                My grievance is that I have lost Rs.12,000/ - approx. from my S.B. account. I am not able to opertate my D.Mat account due to subsequent action by the Bank.

                                ICICI Bank Amx Credit Card & Irctc — Non-Refund of Transaction Amount against non reservation of E-Tickets

                                On 29 oct 2007, in the process of reserving a e-ticket on IRCTC website, the amount for the Ticket was deducted from my credit card but the Ticket was not reserved. The executive of IRCTC confirmed me that the ticket was not reserved and the amount will be refunded to the credit card. But till date the amount was not refunded to me. A email stating the transaction Id for the refund of the amount was received from IRCTC in the month of dec. I also raise a dispute in ICICI AMX card division on 10 Dec 2007, but they are not giving any status regarding the resolution of the dispute.

                                ICICI Bank Ltd. - Home Loan — Not issuing home loan after harressment and expenditure of Rs. 20000 from us

                                I wanted to draw your kind attention towards the issue due to which we suffered a lot of harrassement and also spend the money.
                                As per our application no.[protected] they sanctioned my loan of Rs. 15, 00, 000 on 31st October 2006. I handed over all the documents related to that on september, 2007 along with other formalities. They also approved the same. they also taken Pst dated cheques for that. In this process they also lost all the documents once due to their negligency which costed me Rs. 5000 to get another copy of that. they also taken the loan processing charge from me. During this process they called me atleast 20 times and i spent 1-2 hour each time, which costed alot in my job. I also spend other expenses for this process.
                                On 20th December, 2007 that i will get loan disbursement on 26th december, 2007. On 31st December, 2007 Suddenly that your loan can't be given due to some technical issue. Initially when they have checked, they had cleared all of our technical issues.
                                So, Please take a suitable action on them so that we get compensted for our loss.

                                Since 3 days I am into major trouble as Rs.25,000 has been blocked in my HDFC salary a/c due to non-payement of my HDFC Credit card bills.Its been 4 -5 months i stopped using the Credit card and a month back have blocked it by making a call to call center.Actually the issue i faced with the card was last year in the month of May.I raised a request to the customer care for change of address so that the Credit card statement can be recieved but after it i didnt recive one month statement and from there the whole issue started due to some extra charges reflecting on my credit card statement.One thing i would really like to tell everybody is that the HDFC call center cheats people.They are not able to speak and doesnt have any sort of knowledge about the financial products and bank.Eventhough the issue was not sorted out we were keep on paying the minimum amount till last Dec after which we stopped and asked the bank for final settlement as the due amount was keep on increasing month on month even after the minimum payement.Now i am into trouble because the amount i spent was Rs.10,000 and they have blocked Rs.25,000.I called the call centre,but the response was very rude,the CSR was only shouting and saying that the amount will not be released.you have to give us a debit note to take that amount as a payment for the Credit card.Due to a request of one Credit card division Manager i made a payment of Rs.5416 2 days back,as the Manager assured me that once i do the payment the blocked amont will be released in the next 24 hours but its been 3 days nothing has happened so far and the manager is now stating that its not in his hand,The superiors from bangalore has blocked the card,i am still waiting for there response.

                                Now i dont know what to do...Bank runs on trust but this is what the case i really want to go for a legal action on them..Please suggest me what to do so that i can sort out this issue as i am really in need of money.

So i got irritated and then called them they said do Whatever this card will not work for amount less than Rs 1000 thought the amount was 975 so i got pissed off. I called them again and then i told them to cancell this card they cancelled after 2 days and they started calling me for another credit Card this time i gave them reall big time.

                                And finally said they will activate this card for me, but i will have to make the full and final payment of Rs 24000 i did that and when i called them to activate this card they released my call then i called again and they said they cannot activate this card for me.

                                1. That above card was closed after making all due payments in the month of sep-2004 after which no transition was done as card was returned to you.
                                2. My reason for closing the card was fraudulent billing in terms of late presentations of the payments made to you, and due to this you are being charging late payment charges/Interest.
                                3. That approximately after 3.5years one fine day you blocked Rs.5732.80, from my savings account of ICICI Bank ( ac[protected]and later on deducted the same from my SB account held with ICICI, which is a fraud on part of customers.
                                4. That when card was closed after making all the payments how you have arrived at the amount of Rs5732.80, its your internal mistake that you did not corrected the status and due to this late payment and interest charges were made.
                                5. That I was one of the customer who use to pay all his dues in time and due to this you had Issued me another card and that too Gold Card in Lieu of this card ([protected])
                                6. On this card also you had done unauthorized transactions details of which are as under-

                                Than how come you had authorized any transaction of Rs550/- on the card, this is a true story of fraud on customer part and to add on this, You had sent Platinum card.

                                Credit Card — Cr.card lost & informed to cancellation

                                Dear sir, I have lost my UTI Cr. card and inform to cancell thru request ltr. and paid the amount Rs.4500/-(aprox.) and request to balance around Rs.150/ for waiver.

                                The customer care of ICICI is not able to help in this case and they give the phone no. of their collection agents which is not functional and finally amount is deducted from account.

                                This is a theft in form of rules and strict action should be taken against this bank.

                                ICICI Bank — Unauthorized people used my debit card in various shops and did shopping of Rs. 8290/-.

                                I had my two debit cards for same ICICI bank account, branch Sonipat. One with grid security and another one without grid security.
                                On 02 March 2008, I lost my debit which was “without grid security”. I came to know about my lost card at 5.30 pm on 02 March 2008. I called to customer care at 5.30 pm and spoke to customer care executive Mr. Deepak. He assured me that lost card will not work and no need to block.
                                Debit card which is with me, with grid security, will only work. I also lodged a complaint regarding this wrong information by customer care executive. Complaint ID is SR 58215563

                                Unauthorized people used my debit card in various shops and did shopping of Rs. 8290/-.

                                Due to ICICI bank system, I did not receive information of these transactions by SMS on 02 March 2008 (Sunday). I received all messages on 03 March 2008, at 07.30 am. At same time, I called customer care of ICICI bank and blocked that card.
                                I also send many mails regarding this accident but unfortunately I didn’t receive any reply till now (25 March 2008).

                                This is to bring to your further attention that why we decided to cancel our insurance policy.

                                We bought this policy in good faith in October 2007, At the time of getting this policy we had clearly stated that we would like to make our monthly payment through our personal checks as we did not wanted to get billed to our credit card as it may incur financial charges for our monthly payments but your sales associate assured us that even though we pay through our credit card we want get charged financial charges for the amount paid as monthly payment of our insurance. Beliving his word we authorised him to bill monthly payment on our credit card.

                                When we recived our monthly credit card statment we noticed financial charges for our monthly insurance payment.We brought to the attention of your bank representative in the month of November, 2007 at that time we were told the stated amount would get creditted but to our surprise same thing got repeated in following month. We once again called your customer service and explained the situation and they said we have put your request and its in the process would get posted in your account in 30 days. This been going on for the past 5 months.

                                When we spoke last time ( April 20th, 2008 ) I was informed by your associate that since in the begining we had authorised to charge our card so now we cannot change mode of monthly payment to pay by check.I strongly feel though it was not our mistake we had to go through all this hassale and company is not accepting the error occured by its offical.This left me with no option but to cancel my policy as i was refused to change my mode of payment for my monthly insurance dues.

                                I demand to credit our account for the amount charge as financial charges towards EMI for the monthly insurance and its service charge for the period which my EMI was charged on my card.The interest amount charged till April, 2008 is Rs 538.13 and service charge amount is Rs..66.51

                                If this matter does not get resolve then I will be left with no option other then refering this matter to CONSUMER COMPLAINTS AGENCY

                                Hope you will do the needfull and inform me the same at the earliest.

                                ICICI Credit Card 5176533572585005 — Debiting Saving Account for RS 45606.28

                                I have received my first statement on 19th December 2005 and since then been using the card until 1st September 2007. From day one the card was wrongly charged by bankers followed by late fee, interest charges & service due to non payment for wrongly charged amount. On request with customer care some wrongly charged amount as well as few late fee, interest charges & service tax were reversed for first & probably last time on 19th December 2006.

                                Since, then despite of both verbal & written request no action has been taken and as a result the late fee, interest charges & service tax which was not reversed bankers has been charging additional late fee, interest charges & service on due amount until statement dated 19th April 2008.

                                Just for your information I have been a regular pay master for all the money spend on the above card number, the due amount reflected on the card is on account of late fee, interest charges & service tax components as on 19th April 2008. Instead, I had send letters on 20th Feb, 16th April & 18th October 2007 duly acknowledged by person who came to collect cheque due to non payment from my side hoping to resolve & have the long awaited reversal done. Yes, in the whole process I admit my fault of not knowing that until the zero balance is reflected one should use card.

                                Recently on receiving payment follow up call from bankers despite of me asking representative to come down on a prior fixed dates they never turned and at times without prior appointment when they did manage to call or visit either I was either out of town or busy. While this process was repeated I suddenly received a letter dated 24th April 2008 on 26th April 2008 (Saturday) from banker collection centre at Hosur road stating that if within 3 days entire due amount is not paid the same would be debited to my saving account #[protected] with their commissariat road branch but to my surprise my account for already debited (which bankers called blocking) on 25th April as per mini statement of ATM.

                                Further, in response to the bankers letter dated 24th April I had responded vide letter dated 29th April 2008 and tried sending email to Mr. Anand Guruswamy Asst. Mgr which bounced back again attempted to fax the same letter as well as another letter dated 30th April 2008 it said no answer similarly my attempt to approach them on landline too failed. Finally, I had done registered posted with AD the entire communication on 3rd May 2008 yet there wasn't any response.

                                Suddenly, on 14th May 2008 I received a call from Mr. Anand Guruswamy late noon asking me to visit Hosur road office else money would be debited from my saving account. Understanding the seriousness I managed to visit them on 15th and to my surprise it first proposed a settlement for RS 28000/- which I denied and later again appraising him regarding my account been already debited it confirmed that settlement is not possible and ask me to contact his offices either in Mumbai or Hydrebad whose just address were mentioned in his letter dated 24th April and was unable to provide me any contact numbers, email address or even Chennai office address when I strongly proposed to visit the concern office to meet authorized executive. He advised that as the billing cycle for credit card is 19th of each month I have to hurry else my account would be debited on 19th May(though it was already debited way back on 25th April) but as some funds were only credited in my saving bank account on 5th May 2008.

                                I immediately drafted the entire issue and emailed to [protected]@icicibank.com and at that time on 16th May late noon my saving account was shown available balance as RS 434954.71 and total available balance of RS 389348.43. Today at 0800 hrs I received an email from customer care stating as per norms stated in booklet banker can debit the saving account and accordingly my account has been debited for RS 45606.28 and it cannot be reversed instead he again guided me to contact another gentlemen in Hosur road office named Amit Chaurasia who was not available today along with concern managers which I again immediately emailed to customer care and waiting to hear from them.

                                Sir, my point is without even bothered to understand my part & position which is supported with documentary evidence how come banker just penalized for their fault & communication mistakes. In the whole process I am the one whose money has been debited to the tune of RS 45606.28. I seek for your help0 & guidance to take up matter strongly with bankers and ensure that other are not harassed and penalized like I am. My contact numbers are [protected].

                                ICICI Bank Credit Card — unauthorised debit from sb account

                                the company is negotiating for one time settlement of my credit card. meanwhile, the company debited Rs.22, 312 from my savings account without prior intimation. How can they debit from my sb account without intimation. In the sb account, there is no provision for any debit from credit card. The money which I kept for emergency purpose has been debited. Please help.

                                I have Credit card of ICICI bank. In Dec-07 my Card balance want 31500/- I got call from ICICI Call Center regarding payment. I asked them if I want to close the card then how much I will have to pay. They told you pay 30000 we will close your card.

                                Still they are not closed my card and now my card is showing 6000 balance and Bank people making my hareshment about payment of due.

                                Because of Bank people's mistake they are not closed my account and not they wanted more money.

                                I think bank people purposly doing the same. This is very good way to earn more profit.

Your bank is staffed with Part Time or Trainees, who can not ltake any decistions nor can they contact the HO and inform the stsatus. Last Monday, I spent nearly 45 minutes waiting in Lounge and finally when I met some one, they informed me to contact Mumbai Offi ce.

                                ICICI Bank Credit Card No. 4477478294281005 — Inflated and wrong billing

                                ICICI Bank vide its Bill/statement dt. 19.6.2008 has charged me an amount of Rs. 432.07. This amount has not been expended by me during the billing period.

                                Even my previous bill showed an inflated amount. Upon contacting the ICICI Phone Banking Officer, he advised to pay a sum of Rs. 225/- on this card towards full and final settlement.

                                Having done so, I am now surprised to get this latest bill, although not a single Paise has been spent on this card nor any services utilised.

                                I therefore believe that, it is fooling the innocent customer.

                                Hence I do not wish to continue with this card any more, while informing that, I will not be in a position to pay the above said charges which do not Owe.

                                Pl ackknowledge and confirm your prompt action, as alike how the ICICI Bank sends inflated bills promptly.

                                I would like to tell you that I am having two running personal loans- first one is of ICICI bank (no. LPCHE[protected] EMI 5274 Rs) amd another of city bank(EMI 5353 Rs).. on May 1, 2008 I deposited Rs. 5500 in my account for the EMI of city bank but it was not cleared. Likewise, I deposit Rs. 5500 on 2nd june 2008 in my account for the same loan but this month also it was not cleared. Instead of that a charge of Rs. 225 (four times on dated 5th and 19th 20th and 26th june 2008) was put on me for failing the ECS of loan ( even the required amount for EMI was available).

                                Following are the complains –

                                Why the EMI of either city bank or ICICI bank not cleared in may month even required amount was available.

                                On june 1st the available balance in my account was Rs. 10999 than why bank not cleared the EMI of city bank.

                                I am requesting you to revert the ECS charges of 900/ which bank had put on me owing to the failure of EMI clearance.

                                I had a account in icicic bank, Hyderabad, panjagutta and my account number is[protected], i took a loan and credit card from icici bank.
                                this is bank is totally corrupted, i had applied a loan 200000 when i was needy and it got rejected
                                then ONE MEDIATOR came to me and told that he know few people in icici bank and he can get the loan approve and he took my documents and blanks checks and he went with that same documents and Rs 10000 to the bank and i don’t know who are involved in this but finally loan got approved and cash was credit to my account and i was shock to see that amount was detected from my account, when i check, i realized that MEDIATOR made me sign 2 extra check while filling the application,
                                so i was literally robbed and i was in soup and i could didn’t understand what to do and i couldn’t pay the loan as well and i don’t have balance in my account, so loan EMI was getting charge on to my credit card without my knowledge or permission. When the credit card balance is totally occupy, after that they block my salary account and started taking all my salary credit.

                                Now my credit card also over due, and they detected that entire amount from my salary account and now my saving account balance is -48000/- (Minus fourty eight thousand rupees)

                                This is my story.

                                i want you to suggest me or help me how to handle this situations. i have no trust in icici bank, as per my knowledge if any application get rejected for a loan, the applicant will be eligible for the next six-month to apply again.
                                but that 10000 rupees made a magic and i got money and because of fraud done by mr. mukheem. i lost all the money and the i am suffering.
                                please don’t ignore this saying i am foolish guy please and please think about my situations tell me what do to.

                                I refer to my credit card statement dt. July 18, 2008, covering transaction details during the period June 17, 2008 to July 17, 2008.

                                You have mentioned the total amount due as Rs. 17, 817=13 consisting of three entries. While I could identify the two debit entries of Rs. 487.00 and 968.13, I have not been able to identify nor understand the third debit entry of Rs. 16, 362/- in the absence of proper narration of details.

                                I, accordingly, request you to provide me with clear & complete details of the said entry, instead of mentioning certain alphabets and numbers, which are not understandable to me.

                                You have also mentioned against my name, the card number as 5176 – 5371 – 2986 – 8004 which is incorrect, as the correct card number is 5176 – 5300 – 1411 – 1002. Please clarify the mistake.

                                Meanwhile I am paying by cheque no. 058397 dt. 29.07.2008, the sum of Rs. 1455.13, being the total amount of the other two entries, mentioned in this statement. Please also note in this connection that I shall not bear any overdue interest on the unpaid amount, which, prima-facie, does not pertain to my card account.

                                I need all my credit cards statements of the financial year 2005 to 2006 because of my income tax case in scrutiny. I had requested for this on 17th July when I spoke to Manu, who told me that things will be done in 24 hours, Again the next day, I spoke to Jitender, next day to Sugandha and others Who all kept on promising me it would be done in 24 hours or in an hours time.

                                I tried withdrawing Rs 6000/- but due to ATM malfunction could not recieve the money . When I tried elsewhere it showed the same amout debited from my account .                                     Ths ATM of ICICI bank located at Opp GANESH HOTEL,NEAR SBI BANK,Pimpri Gaon Road,Pimpri Pune - 411017 is down almost every second day. I have complained to ICICI bank customer care about the same but nothing positive has come up. As only 5 transitions are allowed in other bank ATM and after that some amount is charged for any kind of transitions is done. Due to the failure of ICICI bank staff to keep the ATM running we have suffer as we have to always use other bank ATM. Hope the problem is solved at the earliest.

                                      (1) ON 24.4. 2011.AT 5.54 PM & 5.59PM IHAD TRIED TO WITHDRAW MONEY AT ATM –ICICI – LOCATED IN FRONT OF PETROL PUMPNEAR POWER HOUSE CHOWK –MARIPUR –MUZAFFARPUR - BIHAR (THERE ARE TWO ATM- MACHINES IN THE SAME ROOMOF ICICI



                                      I TRIED TO WITHDRAW RS 5000 FROM ICICI- ATM ( LOCATION MENTIONED ABOVE). THE MONEY DID NOT COME OUT AND THE ATM WASREFLECTING ‘NOT PROCESSED’ . I DIDSIMILAR TRANSACTION ONE MORE TIME WITH THE SAME RESULTS. (I HAD TRIED FOR RS-5000/- TWO TMES FROM EACH M/C)



                                      AFTER THAT I RECEIVED SMS ON MY MOBILE ON 24.4.2011 THATTHERE HAVE BEEN TWO DEBITS OF 10000 EACH.

                                      I UPDATED MY PASSBOOK AND I SAW FOLLOWING TRANSACTIONS.

                                      (a)AT 5.59 PM DEBITED INR 10,000.00 - complaintno:-AT[protected] /AT[protected] - money not returned oa on date 26/6/2011

                                      (b)AT 5.54 PM DEBITED INR 10,000.00. - complaintno:-AT[protected] - AMOUNT RETURNEDTO MY A/C

                                      MAY PL. NOTE : THE MACHINE INFORMATION SYSTEM IS MANUPULATED FOR THE REASONS AS BELOW:



                                      1.- IT REFLECTS DEDUCTION OF RS.-10,000/- WHEREAS ITSHULD BETWO TIMES RS.5000/-FROM EACH MACHINE i.e. four information of deductions of rs5000/-;i.e. two fom each m/c total Rs.20000/-

                                      2. BOTH THE MACHINES SCREEN WAS REFLECTING "NOTPROCESSED " EVEN THOUGH DEDUCTION HAS BEEN MADE

                                      3. ALL THE SBI- ATM -MUZAFFARPUR WAS NOT WORKING; IT CAN BECONFIRMED FROM LOCAL NEWS PAPER -HINDUSTAN.- HINDI - PAPER DT. 24/25TH. OF APRI 2011

                                      4.THIS IS AWELL-PLANNED CONSIPARACY BETWEEN LOCAL MANAGEMENT OF SBI & ICICI.

                                      5. THE ICICI -ATM WAS UNMANNED & PAPER SLIP WAS NOTCOMING OUT FROM BOTH THE MACHINES

                                      6.THE TECHNICIAN -CONSERN OF ICICI WHO IS MANTAINING THE ATM & ALL ATM CARD HOLDERS WHO HASOPERATED AFTER MY INCIDECE SHOULD BE BROGHT FORWARD TO KNOW THE TRUETH.

                                      7.yourINDEX NO. PAT-14260 DT 30/05/2011 AT 11.56 AM ,HASBEEN RECEIVED & ACCORDINGLY IAM WAITING FORYOUR JUDICIOUS DECISION -CUSTOMR RELATION.

                                      PLEASE GO THROUGH THE DETAILS AS ABOVE AND DO THE NEEDFULFOR CORRECTION & RECTIFICATION SO THAT AMOUNT RS. 10.000/- COMES INTO MYACCOUNT.

                                      SBI/ICICI — Exclusion

                                      Kohima is always excluded in the LOAN provisions like instant Loan. Also Bag it today does not have Kohima in Customer services like when I 'd like to buy a Black berry my city is excluded in CASH on DELIVERY; WHY? I can pay it if the service is right?
