[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — ILLEGAL & UNCOOPERATIVE ATTITUDE OF ICICI BANK CUSTOMER CARE MGRS

Since Last three months I have been depositing my Credit Card Cheque Staements on time through Cheques in The ICICI Bk Drop Box, Sector 35, Chd well in time. though Card No was being correctly mentioned though with One Last Digit short.I have been mentioning my Name with Address & Contact Numbers for the Bank's referyal. But sorry to say that Bank officials did not take the trouble to check either the antecedents of my cheque or my details mentioned on the Back of the Cheque. Rather helping me out they have levied unjustified Penalty and Interest charges. I foresee that I am not a valuable customer whom the bank doesnt value & require.I would humbly request the Bank officers to kindly delte me as your Credit Card Holder.
