It was ridiculous for an manager (Jonathan) of ICICI Bank to ask me to leave the bank in the middle of a discussion. He was not open to listen to us either. We were pissed off when they treated a customer like this and not ready to explain about ECS process. It was too bad. If such Jonathan's exist, ICICI will loose all its valuable customers & will be bankrupt soon. Was this information helpful? |
