Non closure of credit card
I wish to submit herewith that my credit card [protected] has been harrassed endlessly by the bank . Despite the fact that we have been approaching the bank since 4months to cancel the card, the bank staff could not guide us properly customer care refuse to do so .And in the process are levying one charge or the other namely finance charges, late payment charges . My latest communication with the bank's customer care informed me that i should contact them after 15th I have not received the statement till date . I, request you to please help me in this regrd and save me from the financial vultures ie ICICI

ICICI Credit Card — Wrong Credit information
Dear sirI am having credit card of ICICI Bank No [protected].There is no dues at all.I have been informed by other bank authorities while applying for loan that my credit rating is showing default in CIBIL due to some outstanding against this card.It is very insulting and painful.I approached bank authorities but nothing happened.I want a written apology otherwise I would like to file a suit against them for my mental harassmentI would be grateful if matter can be taken and expedited.

ICICI Bank — Not providing correct information
Hi,I am a ICICI bank customer. My acount No is[protected].
My mobile no is [protected].
I have registered Account to Card Transfer. When we register we get a URN No which is send to our mobile no. But till now I have not recieved. I have registered it Thrice but have not received once. I have even send them SMS regarding this but there was no correct response. When I asked the customer care they did not provide me the correct information. They are not willing to provide the needful help. So i am spending my mobile bills taking to customer care and even they are misbehaving it on phone , i mean they are getting angry. So i want you to take this matter and help me.
Really ICICI bank srvices has degarded badly. I am also waiting for the URN number to be sent to my mobile.
But i did not receive one till now.
Long waiting at costumer care... some times 10 minutes.
But they can not give you any information, behave like they belong to some other bank, know nothing and mis lead.

ICICI Bank — non updated in CIBIL
SirI am Saikat Saha,residing at Purbita,14,Kabi Sukanta Sarani,Banerjee Park,Birati,kolkata-51(W.B.) .I had a credit card of ICICI bank(card no.[protected]).As per their settlement letter(ref no.ICEASKOL/032009/30131WOTC) I had done full and final settlement on 29/03/09(within their aproval time period).But still now they have not updated in CIBIL.Apart from that,there are another two loans,which I have not received ,are showing in CIBIL.
I request you to take the necessary steps.

ICICI - bank account — I need information ,not a complaint
Dear sir,i opened savings account in ICICI bank on 2003 and i have not operated in,and i deposited an amount of Rs.25,000/- .But 2011, today they are saying that every year you have pay charges for the deposit and they deduct,now i am having only Rs.200 in my account. Is it possible to recover my amount back or is there any form i have to sumbit to get back my amount.

ICICI Bank — wrong cibil information
I had applied for a personal loan at HDFC bank, where in came to know my cibil rating is low because ICICI bank has shown write off on my credit crad. Infact, I have paid all the dues & cancelled my credit card. I have with me mail sent by ICICI bank customer care as proof of closure of my credit card & clearance of all my dues. I was shocked to see organization like ICICI bank behaving such irresponsibly. How can my cibil rating shall be improved...? please suggest. I can even submit proof to this effect.65%

ICICI Bank Credit Card — Non closure of credit card
I wish to submit herewith that my wife, Charu Tiwari holder of credit card [protected] has been harrassed endlessly by the bank . Despite the fact that we have been approaching the bank since october 2008 to cancel the card, the company people blatantly refuse to do so and in the process are levying one charge or the other namely finance charges, late payment charges . My latest communication with the bank's customer care led me to a phone call whrein i was asked to pay up 200 againest the outstanding of 950 . while even that was unjustified, I agreed but to my dismay there was no follow up and after no result follow up, I recieve another statement and to my shock this time another 400 Rs was added and the revised outstanding was now 1400/- approx . My request for please helping me in this regrd and save me from the financial vultures ie ICICI
