[Resolved]  ICICI Bank Credit Card — EMI Facility withdrawn with any information

But EMI must be applicable with transaction month because i will not pay whole amount due in current month second thing i will not pay any extra charges also because all delay at your end not from my side.



Please revise my statement for current month after converting this into EMI. Please informed the same to me before my payment due date[protected] so that I can pay on time as usual

I am sorry its not my fault if bank has changed policy for my card whatever i am already getting and never informed me too. Can you tell on what basis bank has withdrawn my EMI facility from my card have i ever defaulted in payment so far ?????



So i am again sorry i am not able to pay entire amount in one shot and you have to convert this transaction in EMI because its completely you fault. You have enough time to think over this cos my bill date is 07 th of the month.



I you dont convert this into emi i wont pay next bill and you have forced me to settle i will again ask for EMI with only processing fee whatever i have already used many times on my card and i will not pay any interest or any sort of charges.



So please convert and let me know the details so that i can pay on time as usual.

ICICI Bank Ltd. — Giving wrong information about Facility

Dear Concern,

I have an salary account (A/C No[protected] with ICICI Bank and as per information given by Relationship Manager (Name - Puneet Sharma, e-mail ID - sharma.[protected]@icicibank.com)

1. we can use any visa ATM for transaction without any charges, but when i use any other visa atm to withdraw some money Rs. 20/- is deducting from my a/c.

2. there will be no any debit card charges but bank are charging Rs. 111/- as a debit card charges & the worst part is - they are charging twice in a year for the same.

for all the problem which i am facing called up and sent an e-mail also to Mr. Puneet Sharma but he is not responding on either e-mail or phone and every time he is giving wrong information about facility.

Request you to please help me in this case as the Relationship Manager is not able to help me out
