[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Cancellation of Credit Card No.[protected] – Misplaced

Dear Sir,

I have dropped letter for closing my Credit card due to misplaced but ICICI Bank is not taking care and sending me due statements i.e. totally cheating because I have cleared all dues and dropped check of Rs.1343/- then for final payment before due date. ICICI Bank always delayed check for clearing and charges extra for latement many times a amount of Rs.400/- per statement. The details is as under:-



Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to inform you that my all dues are cleared and also closed Credit card as per under letter due to misplaced. The letter was dropped at ICICI Bank Rajouri Garden, New Delhi drop box after that you are sending me unnecessary statement. You were always charge late charges from me but in the last month when Rs.1343/- then why you have sent me in the next month Rs.518.35 and now in August Rs.992.50. If you people has not to improve your dealing standard then I have not to do any dealing with ICICI Bank in future, even I also told to my friend to close account with ICICI Bank. Please check record as per enclosed statement and close immediate the above Credit Card number.

Dear Sir / Madam,

This is to inform you that the above Credit card No.[protected] is misplaced, I have checked it at home but could able to find, therefore you are requested to please close my above mentioned credit card account immediately. I have not used it till date. The above said card is only used for ICICI Lombard health policy 2 years back which is completed and I do not intend continue the same.

The EMI for the same are completed , even after completing the EMI the statement sent by you states that I have to pay Rs.518.35 reasons better known to you . I have paid you lot of payment rather than my policy amount i.e. more than Rs.400/- per month. I always deposit cheque timely but it’s debited after 7 to 10 days late which is not my fault.

I am enclosing the last 2 statement, please update your record and cancel the payment as well as my credit card.
