I hold ICICI Infrastructure bond 2005 as detailed below:-

1. certificate no.65414 Diostictive no.[protected] Amount 10, 000/-
Bond no. 0656-393

2. Certificate no. 64936 Distinctive no.[protected] Amount 10, 000/-
Bond no.[protected]

In this respect I have to say that I have not received the redeemed amount matured on
08/04/2010 despite my sending to you the change of address from patna to Kolkata .My letter dated 28.5.10 on the change of address may please b referred.
