[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — credit card settlement

with reference to subject ,I (DHEERAJ NIGAM) want to inform you that i have one credit card no:[protected] which i have settled down through your kanpur branch in feb 2009 and after some time i got ZERO OUT STANDING STATEMENT . but till date my CIBIL REPORT is showing that i am written off for that card .why it is showing written off .let me tell .i have applied so many complained to ur representative but i have not get any reply from ur side .I am also sending my CIBIL report to u
kindly do need full favour other wise i have to take action......................

I held a platinum acrd from ICICI Bank, I used that card and used to make the payment next month, in february i lost my job and was without a job for three months, so i asked the bank for settling the card with compassion and i promised to make the payment once the bank sent me a settlemene letter but the bank always sent collection goons calling me everytime to make the payment and never paid any heed to the settlement requst that i made, as i was in a financial difficulty. The amount kept on rising as the bank never settled the card after many repeated requests and kept on charging all kinds of charges on the outstanding, i even asked the bank to charge 3% flat monthly rate of interest on the amount outstanding but waive other charges but they never obliged. Then i joined a job and received my first salary which got credited in the bank (Incidently ICICI bank again) which the bank directly debited from the bank account without even a penny coming to me... but still they never settled the card. which even today is not settled... i urge the bank to settle the card on a compassionate basis and close the matter for ever

I am willing to ay the outstanding (which i have used...not the hell amount of charges that the bank has levied over abd over again.)

I held a silver card from ICICI Bank, I used that card and used to make the payment next month, in february i lost my job and was without a job for two months and recently joined a new job in ludhiana, so i asked the bank for settling the card with compassion and i promised to make the payment once the bank sent me a settlemene letter, i even asked the bank to charge for over limit monthly & 3% rate of interest on the amount outstanding but waive other charges but they never obliged. I want to close this matter to sattlement with compassion. I can diposit Rs 10000/- only.
SIR, I AM HOLDING C.CARD NO.[protected] I HAVE SETTLE THIS ACCOUT WITH AMOUNT RS26000 IN THREE INSTALLMENT, I HAVE TWO INSALLMENT RS. 8666 IN TIME, THIRD INSTALLMENT RS.8668 ALONG WITH DIPUTE FORM AND RS.1500 PAID. I WAS LATE IN PAYING OF THIRD INSTALLMENT, I GOT CALL FROM RECOVERY AGENT THAT IF I WILL PAY THIRD INSTALLMENT ALONG WITH DISPUTE FORM MY ACCOUNT WILL BE SETTLED AND I WILL GET NO DUES CERTIFICATE AFTER ONE WEEK, BUT I AM CHEATED.PRESENTLY I AM GETTING MORE THAN 20 CALLS PER DAY TO PAY MORE AMOUNT. THEY ARE ABUSING ME AND MENTALY I AM HARASHED. SO PLEASE DO THE NEED FULL HELP.THANKING YOU.

My name is Rajendra Gulati.My previous address is Qu-223 A, ground floor, pitampura, new delhi-88 and now i shifted to Qu -125 B, 1st floor pitampura near power house, new delhi-88.

Iam hereby requesting you to give my NOC for credit card.My credit card no is [protected] and i have made full and final payement with no dues remaining.

Iam also mentioning my reference no which is APP[protected] .plz send my NOC on my new mentioned address as soon as posible..

this complaint is being lodged after losing patience for 8 months my name is srinivas card no [protected] settlement dt 16/04/2009 for rs40,000/-in 3 post dated chqs 1. chq no 500082 for rs 14000/- dt 16/04/2009 2. chq no 500083 for rs14000/- dt 10/05/2009 3. chq no 500084 for rs12000/- dt 10/06/2009, the bank lost the first chq when enquired they said that chq has 6 months validity so the chq would be presented after june, when enquired in july the said to wait for 1 more month, in aug i myself requested them to collect the replacement chq but which they did not do, later they called me and accepted their mistake and requested for payment of rs14000/- which i did in 2 instalments. and in month of nov-2009 they called me and said that there was a small amount remaining which was interest portion for delayed payment(not my mistake) of rs1300/- trusting them i paid even that , now again they are calling me and asking for payment and they say that the settlement was void as the payments were not made as per the schedule, was it my mistake of not presenting the chq. the amount lost by me after settlement is 1. rs250/- stop payment charges 2.rs1300/- interest for the delayed payment (which was not my fault) kindly help me to come out of this. these are the 2 people from icici bommanahalli who misguided me at every stage 1. I keep getting calls from ICICI collection agents to pay up my dues. I want to pay dues and close the account with ICICI due to their pathetic customer treatment. I had stopped paying due to a dispute, which the bank has failed to settle so far. The outstanding amount on my card when i raised the dispute was Rs.3000, now the card has expired but the account shows a outstanding balance of Rs. 7,311.29 . Someone from the bank called me for a settlement of credit card, I agreed to pay Rs. 3000 for the settlement. I arranged for the cash payment, a person from some collection agency came home to pick up the payment. I asked him for a receipt of the payment and he hands me a photocopy letter, which states that its an agreement of settlement and I should get a receipt of payment from the person whoever collected the money with his details.
The person who came home for payment did not have any receipt, so i refused to make payment. He tried calling someone from the bank, even the bank official says the letter he had was itself a receipt of payment. I refused again to make payment. he handed over the letter to me and left. (letter was not on a letter head, it had a seal saying for ICICI bank with some signature)

I called ICICI bank customer care, they also asked me to go to any branch and make the payment. Later a person named Sudhakar(sudhakar.sr), who claims to be from ICICI bank called me and told me that he will send the receipt through email, guess what he mailed me...the same letter that the collection guy had handed over to me. I refused to pay without a proper acknowledgement, so he asked me not to pay.

I feel ICICI Bank(sudhakar.sr) and the DSA/collection agency are cheating me. I have always had a terrible experience with ICICI and this card. I want to end this.

Can someone help me as to whom I should reach up to get this settled. I definitely don't want to go to sudhakar, he is a cheat.

I want a confirmation from ICICI bank that I have paid my dues(NOC) and there is not amount outstanding.
A confirmation that they have not negatively updated my Credit report..
