I am an holder of a credit card of ICICI Bank for over a decade. I also am holding quite a few credit cards of other banks. i pride myself in paying my dues on time and in full. But of late i find that i have not been receiving the statements from ICICI Bank. On enquiry i am told that the statements have been returned to the bank. This has resulted in my making the payment a day or two late and that too after calling the customer care to find out the due date. My e-mail address has also not been updated despite my several calls. This has resulted in the bank imposing interest month after month. I request you to please waive the amount as the entire balance due is only interest as i have already paid for the purchases. Since i had this problem even earlier, i had stopped using this card but my last purchase using this card was done inadvertantly which now i regret and has put me in a spot of bother. i request you to kindly waive this amount and you can even cancel this card.
