[Resolved] ICICI Bank — credit card payment fraud

I have a credit card of ICICI Bank, which had been converted to an EMI account (No. [protected]) to clear the dues. The EMI mode selected was for 12 months starting from January, 2010 to December, 2010 and the EMI amount was Rs. 2161.00.

I had started paying EMI's from January, 2010 and payed Rs.2200.00 every month till December, 2010. Now the bank is claiming that I have not payed some EMI's and in one month the payment was Rs. 220.00 as per banks record. I have all the receipts of the payments I have made, and I had visited ICICI Bank Sarat Bose Road Branch as they had requested me, with all the receipts. Still the problem has not been sorted out and still they are disturbing me to pay the same.

Please help me to get out of this...

Despite of settling my credit card account [protected] for Rs. 32000 and collecting the complete payment in 4 installments and even after issuing a settlement letter,Rs. 21000 was blocked from my account & I have been regularly receving calls from ICICI bank to pay my outstanding dues.
Even after filling online complaints and talking to customer care on numerous occasions no action has been taken and finally I was told that the settlement letter number SR[protected] can't be located on their system.
Please advise how can I stop this harassment from ICICI even after making a complete payment of the settlement amount.
