[Resolved]  ICICI Bank - Loan — Loan showing dependencies on CIBIL although there are none.

Hi,

This is to bring to your kind notice (LPDEL[protected]) that I was promised to be given a waiver on all the accrued dues and charges via a letter (ENCLOSED) by Shahnawaz Faheem (the credit officer at ICICI) on May 22, 2010. I paid the complete outstanding as was on date on May 28, 2010 which included the 9 pending instalments on this account. Furthermore, this amount is still showing up on the account with interest accruals and has not been taken off.

To my dissappointment and utter surprise, the dues are still being shown on CIBIL which is not the case as I have been regularly paying for this account and there is only 0 due and the loan has closed in the month of October 2010.

I APPEAL you to please take this amount off from CIBIL and consider the waiver which was promised to me. (copy of it is enclosed for your reference.

Despite of sending repeated reminders and emails to ICICI, no action has been taken in this regard and I was told that they will get back to me in 4 days on 22nd October but still No JOY. This is a sheer harrasment for the customer and is not acceptible at all


An early response in this direction would be highly appreciated.
