[Resolved]  ICICI Bank Ltd — Harassment and mental torture from recovery people

This is Mr Kartik hold a Big Bazaar ICICI bank credit card is receveing harrasment calls from the recovery people of the bank on my home landline and they are harassing my parents for payments and also they call up my neighbours and torture them by saying that they will go to police and they have different ways of recovering payments and if i dont pay them then they will extract money from my neighbours. therefore finally i have filed a NC with the police and also if required i will file an official complaint with the police also i told them to go legally to the court and file a civil complaint to get the money from me but they are not ready to do that as well and when i went to the branch to settle the acct they are not co-operating as well.
