i am chetan kalucha (former employee of icici bank) served as a team leader for the phagwara branch. my date of joining and leaving are mentioned below...and i do have a provident fund with icici which i want to redeem now. i would appreciate if you could walk through the procedure to redeem my provident fund and send me the details that may be required from my side and the paper work i may need to complete as a part of that...i would want to know where do i get any required information from and, where do i submit the paper work regarding this ...

I was sent mail to Hr helpdesk for asking my PF status but Still I didn't get reply from them & they cannot give reply from phone also[protected] / 2269), I have submited all required documents along with my account no.
