I purchase Tax saving bond (Option-2) in 8th March 2005 and the five year completion time 07th March 2010.
After completion I have received the check amount Rs 38160 while my mature amount due Rs40, 200
i have given my PAN No ABAPK1086D,
But he deducted tax on my tax saving Bond Rs 2040, and mention WRONG PAN No ABAPK1086
while MY PAN No is ABAPK1086D.
kindly RETURN MY deducted TAX amount Rs 2040 as soon as possible because this is invested as tax saving purpose.

You had already dispatched the redemption warrant amounting Rs. 31687 / -( Chq. No – 126335 ) at my address as above. By mistake I had deposited the said warrant in my saving A/C of M/S State bank of India, Kadi branch. Yesterday I had checked my A/C statement of SBI and found that the amount of the said warrant ( Rs. 31687 / - ) was credited in my A/C on dated 17/04/2010 and debited on dated 19/04/ 010. I have personally visited the bank and found that the cheque was returned due to any technical reason. I had demanded for returning the said instrument.( returned cheque ) . They were unable to return the same. I haven’t got any good response from them. That means the returned cheque No – 126335 amounting Rs. 31687 / - is not traceable.
I request you that please give me details weather the said cheque is debited from your A/C or not ? and if it is debited, pl. furnish the detailes of the A/C No, Bank and Branch in which the said amount is deposited, and if it is not debited from you’re A/C, please arrange for stop payment of the said cheque and pl. issue me a duplicate / new cheque for the said amount.
I am hoping for your co-operation and awaiting for your favorable reply.
