Sir, This is amar iam qualifed for knock out scheme but i dint recieve any information from anybody, my colegue miss haritha went to collect her gift from dst there she saw my name that i qualified for LCD n she toled dst people are asking why amar is not coming 2 collect the gift?business manager, team leader both r not supporting me.conformly i know that i qualified for gift.plz responce for my mail.

ICICI Bank — ICICI Bank can Loot people easily
It is highly degressive for a company of ICICI Bank's recognition to provide such poor services and more so when I had already made the outstanding payment of Rs 300 (wheras my Total due amount was Rs 261.04) well before the due date in form of a Citibank cheque dated 6th dec'09 . To assist in making my payment successful and intimate me in case of any errors happening, I had even provided my cell no. at the back side.But, to my surprise, instead of calling me and letting me know the status of my cheque they could spare enough time, money and effort to call me continously through their recovery agents who instead levied on me extra charges of 800 INR Approx.
This included Late payment and additional tax on it.
This is a very bad example of the customer care not being able to service said standards, and who in turn leave no stone unturned to behave rudely with customers especially at times when their support is most solicited.
I am at loss of words as to how do i address this problem to which I already have incurred lots of valuable office time, and unnecessary costs and energy which could have been much better used.
Moreover, they dont provide any Managers' email ids to contact incase of discrepancies.
Please help me fight this corrupt bank.

Mr.Kamath, ex CMD is the father of swindling by various banks inthe name of service fee etc;The banks follow all crooked and simplest ways of making huge profits to pay themselves with huge pay packet(KAMATH WAS GETTING IN CRORES AT THE TIME OF HIS TENURE).This bank is going to bust like those busted at USA .PLEASE SEE THAT THIS REACHES THAT MAN. For last one year, every month I am to painfully explain the mistake made by ICICI;the position was clarified to their officials some of whom visited my residence and verified the records. On three occassions, I visited ICICI office at Gurusaday Dutta Road (ICICI Bank House, 2nd.floor, Personal Loan Department, 3A, Gurusaday Dutta Road.) and request them for rectification of their records.
The registered letters remained unreplied. I am being reminded every month of non-payment of one instalment;my records show all payments have been made and I wanted to know the particular month when the payment was made. They do not reply.
ICICI raised two debits against one and when the next month's debit has not responded (due to inadvertent earlier extra debit), they did not adjust the entry.The story goes on.
Against one debit, they raised two debits and my account was debited twice.I pointed out their blunder.Debits raised :

19.12.2006 Rs.4982.00
I do not know whom to approach for rectification.
Earlier I have sent the said note which failed to evoke any response.
