ICICI BANK SAYS IN ADVERTISEMENT THEY ARE THERE TO HELP

BUT GROUND REALITY SAYS A DIFFERENT TONE AND NO RESPECT FOR ITS CUSTOMER

BAD WORDS / STUBBORNNESS / ARROGANCE BY CUSTOMER CARE [CHOR] TEAM AS THEY HAVE PROVED THEM TO BE ALWAYS FIND HOLES TO RUN AWAY FROM THE REAL TOPIC, WELL IM A 65 YEARS OLD MAN COMPLETELY SHOCKED THIS ICICI CHOR BANK IN CREDIT CARD SAYING AND DOING IN AS MY EXPERIENCE WITH ANY OTHER BANKS OR DEPARTMENT I HAVE NOT SEEN OR RECOMMEND ANY BODY TO TAKE ICICI BANK CREDIT CARD OR ANY SERVICES AS THEY ARE IRRESPONSIBLE CUSTOMER CARE ADDED WITH EXORBITANT EXPENSIVE CHARGES ARE KILLING WITH INTEREST AND SURCHARGE AND LATE PAYMENT FEES ADDED WITH COLLECTION FEES ADDED TROUBLE OVER PHONE AND LIFE FOR PEOPLE TAKING I SAY MISTAKENLY TAKING WHAT SAID IN EARLY AND NOT SHOWN OR DONE IN END WHEN THE CUSTOMER IS ITS CUSTOMER. FOR EG., MY PRINCIPAL AMOUNT WAS RS 1900/- BUT AFTER WHEN THE BILL CAME FOR FEW MONTHS WAS FINE BUT THEN THEY SHOWED THEIR REAL COLOR BY CHARGING ME UNREASONABLE MORE THAN THE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT. SO THE CHARGES CAME UP TO RS 3800/- WHERE MY PRINCIPAL EXPENSES WERE RS 1900/- SO TELL ME WHY DO I HAVE TO KEEP USING THIS SERVICES I COMPLIANT THEM BUT THE CUSTOMER TEAM STUBBORNNESS AND ARROGANCE MADE ME SURE THAT I SHOULDN'T KEEP ANY RELATIONSHIP WITH THIS BANK AND LET OTHER ALSO KNOW THE PLAN AND SYSTEM HOW THIS COMPANY TAKES MORE MONEY FROM ITS CUSTOMER BY FRAUD THIS 65 YEARS OLD MAN HAS MORE TO SAY BUT WHAT TO DO AS TIME CONSTRAINTS US I HAVE TO STOP BUT BOTTOM LINE IS IT IS A CHOR COMPANY NOW THE AMOUNT WHICH WAS RS 1900/- PER MONTH WELL LESS THAN A YEAR NOW IT IS TO RS 45000/- WITH ALL ITS EXORBITANT EXPENSIVE CHARGES ARE KILLING WITH INTEREST AND SURCHARGE AND LATE PAYMENT FEES ADDED WITH COLLECTION FEES ADDED TROUBLE OVER THE PHONE TOO....IAM READY TO PAY UP WHAT IS RIGHT THE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT IE., ONLY WHAT I SPENT BUT NOT THE EXPENSES CHARGES THEY INCUR ON ME WITH ALL HIDDEN AND SERVICE TAXES WITH ADDED KILLING WITH INTEREST AND SURCHARGE AND LATE PAYMENT FEES ADDED WITH COLLECTION FEES.YOU TELL ME WHAT TO DO AND LET THIS REACH ITS RIGHT AUTHORITY IN ICICI BANK AND LET THEM KNOW THAT IN ADVERTISEMENT THEY SHOW HOW THEIR CUSTOMER CARE PERSON TALKS TO ELDER PERSON BUT IN REAL IT IS THE OPPOSITE IN ANTICIPATION FROM HUGE SUPPORT FROM YOU ALL TO HELP THIS OLD PERSON FIGHT ITS LAST BATTLE AT AGE 65 YEARS OLD SIGNING OFF WITH WORDS OF ADVICE THAT ICICI BANK IS NOT FIT TO STAY IN CREDIT CARD MARKET. AND BEWARE OF THEM AND THEIR POLICY AND OFFERS THAT IS ALL FAKE AND TROUBLING IN FUTURE

I ve posted My disagreement on the response given herein I strongly
disagree and regret and fail to see any positive answers by and
concrete steps not even a single to settle and close this account
permanently.

I don't wish to use your services and have already done the same and
well discontinued all services clearly told your customer care numbers
and disconnected all services and closed this all cards kindly take

responses that each and every time you keep sending without waiving
all charges and interest and take the principal the AMOUNT I USED THE
CREDIT THAT YOU GAVE ME WITHOUT ME PAYING ANY CHARGES LATE PAYMENT
FEES INTEREST AND SERVICE TAXES LEVIED ON ME.

REVERT ALL CHARGES AND TAKE CHEQUE FROM ME FOR THE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT
