ICICI Bank Saving Account — ICICI bank is deducting payment without any pre intimation

Dear Sir,

My saving account no[protected] is running in ICICI bank Sigra Varanasi since long times but on 24/2/10 bank has deducted Rs. 827/- without any pre intimation, when I confirmed with branch, branch confirmed me that this deduction is average quarter balance charges. Then I have immediately transferred balance amount and maintained AQB Rs 10000/-but on 16/4/10 bank has again deducted Rs. 827/-.when I confirmed with the customer care, he confirmed me that min amount Rs 10000/- should be maintained on daily basis because we are calculating on daily basis. if bank says that Average quarter balace Rs.10000/- for saving account should be maintained in a quarter then why are they calculating in daily basis. It means bank is cheating,

So you are requested please take necessary action against this cheater bank

I have a Saving Bank Account No.[protected] with ICICI Bank - Bund Garden Branch, Pune since 2005 with a credit card of the same bank; i was the one who made regular payment against credit card but failed to keep regular since 4-5 months - still made the payment of Rs.4000 last month and Rs.24, 000 this month; now Bank deducted Rs.25, 880.00 without any pre intimation. When I confirmed with the bank executive he confirmed that the amount deducted against outstanding of Credit Card.

I will do the payment of whatever the outstandings in couple of months - but without intimating customers how they block the account - that means bank can do any transaction without informing customers means bank is cheating.

I am the regular customer of ICICI and have a smooth transaction, if the account is not unblocked it will more harmful for me. So you are requested please take necessary action against this cheater bank.

ICICI Bank is not up-to the mark of Customer satisfaction. having lots of Hidden Charges in it. One of the example of Hidden Charges is ATM Transaction Decline Charges.

Need to improve it's process and avoid these faruds of playing with customer money.
