On 3rd May I purchased fuel worth RS.1000/- from HPCL pertrol pump using Debit card. I am account holder in ICICI ([protected]) and owns a debit card having partnership with HPCL where no charges should be deducted on purchase above Rs.400/-

I was charged Rs 27.5/-. On asking I get the reply that The pump have used other machine (than ICICI) to swipe card.

Now I was not able to find the clause that as I customer I should be making sure they are using ICICI machine.

I demand refund

    Icici bank is on the verge of killing my parents.

    My father is 77 and mother is 72, and both are suffering. My father was to have a critical operation this month, and as fast as possible.

    But, now i fear the operation will be cancelled and i am helpless to do anything about it.
    You know, why?

    The answer is icici bank.

    For the sake of the operation i had been saving money. On 3rd may, i found out that my balance was zero. I was shocked. Icici bank had arbitarily deducted rs 36, 419/- ie my total salary for the month without any notice, bill, statement to me or my employer tata interactive systems. Earlier also they had taken 9, 217 from my salary account in the same manner ie a total of almost 46, 000/- for a credit card due of the yr. 2003, with credit limit of 20, 000. And, that's why when i have asked for settlement they have refused.

    You can understand my helplessness as a son. I know icici bank is ruthless. Why will they care about all this? Their only aim in life is to exploit and harass their customers. Maybe, they'll think of this as an achievement.
    My only request to icici is "please, don't kill my father." let him live.
    That's all i have to say. If the bank understands my situation, they'll reverse the debit amount. But, maybe i'm hoping for just too much after all it's icici bank, which holds the dubious record of being "india's most complained against bank".

    This time, again the disgraceful and unethical behaviour of your bank has crossed all limits, and your bank has stooped to a new low of simplystealing the full amount of my salary (Rs.36, 419/-), behind both my back and my employer’s (Tata group) back.

    This is in reference with my tata interactive systems, salary account no. 1**********1 with icici bank. I am truly amazed that your bank had the audacity to literally “steal” my entire salary amount of rs.36, 419/- this month without any intimation whatsoever from my corporate salary account. This is appalling. The only details available were a credit card number and amount debited of 36, 419, and nothing else is mentioned in the details.

    Here are some important facts which your bank may have purposely overlooked in their hurry to empty the customer’s pocket:
    1. Firstly, the credit card payment you have mentioned has no link at all with my salary account. My salary account with tis is in operation from the month of september, 2010 while the card is more than 7 years old and has not been in use for 6 years. There is noauto-debit with my salary account. So, under no circumstances can the bank adjust these amounts against each other. Absolutely, no one has the authority to transact on my tis salary account without my knowledge. This is not the first instance. Earlier too, you had deducted an amount of rs.10 000 approx. Again without any intimation. Obviously, when you steal, you do it in a stealthy manner and undercover like a clandestine operation. You have become truly professional in the art of “how to rob a customer”.
    2. There was no intimation, no statements, nothing. Earlier when i had mentioned settlement, you had not paid heed and had promptly deducted about rs.10, 000 from my salary account. This month, you have done the same thing, but with a bigger amount. Till now you have illegally and fraudulently stolen funds worth rs. 46, 000 approx. Without any intimation, explanation, absolutely nothing.
    3. My bank account reads zero: 30th may, salary credited rs36, 419; 3rd may, salary stolen by icici rs36, 419.
    4. My parents are both over 75 years old, and need costly medicines. I have to pay a huge amount of home loan emi and i am the only earning member in the family. The bank must be feeling elated by imposing greater sufferings on two senior citizens. They are already in a state of mental trauma thinking about how they will survive this month. My father’s health has already been affected by this action of the bank. It has also disturbed me both mentally and economically.
    5. Both my parents hold savings accounts with your bank for a long time. Needless to say, if this issue is not resolved, we’ll close both the accounts.

    That’s not all! There’s more!

    Today i had gone to your technopolis branch to check my account, and there i was told that they had no idea, why this has happened and had no answer. There was a lady named nadeem, who was clueless.
    All i could do, in frustration was to call them a bunch of thieves at the top of my voice, and they avoided looking at me, leave alone trying to stop me. For 5 minutes i was there, ranting at the top of my voice and not one employee of your bank protested, because.
    By this time, a sympathetic crowd had gathered in my support, which was expected, because there are many customers, who have faced the same thing with icici bank, and they joined me in my tirade against your bank, while all the time your employees could only cower in fear. But seriously, i think your employees don’t have a sense of shame as they have become thick-skinned after getting the same dose from various customers time and again. They have become immune.

    By all means i want my money back. I’m dead serious. The card is a separate issue altogether and needs to be discussed separately, but before anything, i first want my bank account credited back with rs.36419. If your bank still has the slightest sense of decency and shame left in them, then you will know that this is the right thing to do.

    I expect quick and just action from your side, failing which i will have to think of taking recourse to other measures.

    Dear Sir,

    I Mr. Deepak Ghosalkar, having salary saving account in ICICI bank ( punawadi, 167-c, Dr. Ambedkar rd, Dadar T.T., Mumbai-14), and my account number is[protected].On 5th feb08 my account got debited for Rs.28, 283.07/- against credit card payment No.[protected] without my permission and any notice.

    When it came to my noticed related this complaint, I have been to my branch 14th feb08.and i met branch manager( Mr.sourav kumar - Contact no.24116203/ 6205)but without taking any action, he suggested me to go to different branch and department.

    In my life I have never applied for any credit card also i have not done any single transaction, still my account got debited.So due to not received any kind of support and co-operation from branch manager, i have launched a FIR in Matunga police station on 15th Feb 2008.on the same day, i got a call from Andheri (e), J.B.Nagar branch( Recovery dept.) from Miss.Kiran shinde (contact no:[protected] and she promised that she will take action and amount will get credited in 5 working days but till the date, I have not received any credit in my account.

    we have sent complaints to many sourcec like RBI, CONSUMER HELP, ICICI BKC BRANCH but till date there is no any single action taken on this.So requesting you to take strict and legal action against this fraud .and help me to get credit in my account as soon as possible.waiting for ur immediate reply and action

    In the month of Oct. or Nov. in 2007 I had been forced upon a Lombard policy (for which I had received no documents either) the payment for which was deducted from my credit card. The policy was canceled automatically as I dint send some documents that I was supposed to (this was told to me by a Lombard PBO). And also I had requested to cancel the policy the very next day. The payment for same was being deducted every month from my card and my limit was blocked. I gave several complaints regarding the same to Lombard and credit card department but in vain. Both the departments said it wasn't their problem and blamed each other. Some time credit card department said not pay that EMI (for Lombard policy)and pay the rest upon doing so I was charged with interest and late fee charges. I was trying to seek help from ICICI till date but the company failed to respond. I had given several mails and complaints over net and phone but I havent got proper response from their end. Now I have paid the complete amount for the policy. My question is when the policy was canceled why my money was not credited back I was still being charged? And firstly how can the bank force a policy on me and for which it does not even give any documents? My request is the company refund me my amount along with the interests and late fee charged (cause they occurred only due to this policy). It has caused me a mental trauma and torture. I request you to help me solve this issue.
    The same happened with my s/b a/c[protected] and my spouse a/c[protected] of
    QABChgs, Jul-Sep08+Serv Tax93 charges Rs 843.00 in each a/c even we maintained min. balance of Rs 5000. I enquired with ICICI people about min. balance and they informed us that the min. balace of Rs 10, 000 applicable for new a/cs that opened after 1st Jan' 2008. and older a/c (opened before 01/01/2008) min. balance Rs 5000/- and we (me and my spouse) opened a/c 5 yrs back. I need justification why they gave such a fault statement and charged QABChgs, Jul-Sep08+Serv Tax93 in our a/cs. If they won't revert back the transaction. we planning to close our a/c's after removing all our amounts (demat, mutual funds etc) and we won't do any transaction with this bank in future.

L[protected] amt taken by cash from my house but he did not mentioned that received cheque or cash in slip but he have taken money by cash and taken keep in our pocket or submit the our cheque . In this regards i persue continuesly ICICI bank personally to Manshal popli, senior Manager Mr. Manjeet and Mr Kanwar Branch Sector-8 Rohini Delhi.from 1.7.2008 to continue but not taken action in this regard till upto. Every day many personal are they working with icici bank threating to me We pick your car and seal your house otherwise as per dues deposit bank oustanding amout .Sir I paying the instalment by cash or bank conti nues but after tired and not settle
    my cash through icici bank I stoped the instalment balance 5.

    ICICI — Fraud in Salary Account in ICICI

    Fraudulant transfer from Salary account occurred. Bank identify as same transferred to ICICI A/C only , Few of them belong to ICICI brokerage house. Biggest technical robbery carried out by criminals with the help of bank insiders. Icici neither confirming freezing of beneficiaries account, nor saying balance available at beneficiaries, not divulging beneficiaries name, address nor providing IP address and where from exactly this crime occur to assist police to identify criminal and book them for 3 years jail.

    This is happening now 2nd time...simply icici bank suck..it can only provide good service in metro cities.

    my mom was told that if she opens RD of min 2500 each month, then she doesn't need to maintain min balance amount.

    Then i complained here, they told they will resolve it, but again its been cut from account.

    They called and gave insurance that it will be(charges) reverted and it wont be charged again.but it happened 2nd time now...I really want to abuse u gays to fullest, but u wont understand that language too...as u simply wont care about customers.

    I am also thinking of shifting my salary account to citi bank.

    I opened a FD on[protected] 19/06/2013 with instance credit card till now i didnt got credit card.

    Also i talked to ur cust care representative thet dont knw anything about it...Means they dont knw anything about "Open FD withj instant credit card"
    I called on 11 july 2013..

    1st call they transferred my call to cc department and the person i called didnt know anything...and he disconnected the call.I want some action to be taken against him.

    And time I called again she was transferring my call to senior officer as she didnt knw anything abt it.
    1st person didnt listened to twhat i said and told we dont know anything and you shoud visit icic1 bank for same.

    That dumb guy thought that I want to apply for credit card...I told him hundred times its not that...I opened FD with which we get instant credit card...he never understood
    same is the case with FD opened from my mom accounts[protected]...till now no credit card recieved

Initially i entered wrong password and got an error "Invalid User id", later i checked with Customer care and i put a service request to re-set my password.         I had taken a personal loan from ICICI Bank in 2006 of Rs. 30,000/- and I had paid EMIs. The capital outstanding shows Rs. 5000/- and the person who collected the amount from me every month suddenly disappeared when Rs. 5,000/- was due. On repeated calls also he never turned up from collection. Now one lady from Central ICICI Cell calls up and threatens with dire consequences if I do not pay Rs. 29,900 (which includes lawyer fees as well. I am willing to pay my outstanding amount, however it is injustice to collect the Lawyer charges from me and also threats.

        My Loan A/C No. is: LPCAL[protected].

        Please help. Should I file an FIR / GD with the police and file a criminal case myself for protection?

        Kindly advise.

        ICICI Bank — personal loan-threatening call

        Dear Sir/Madam,
        I, Sri Shounak Ray residing at Nabapally Boys’ School Rd, P.S-Barasat, P.O- Nabapally, Calcutta, West Bengal – 700126 Ph. No.[protected], Mobile- [protected], e-mail- [protected]@gmail.com have availed a STPL mentioned in your welcome letter as LAN No. LIZHT [protected] Dated 25th September 2007. I have already paid my last EMI for the month of March of this year. I have already attended a number of calls from your side and I confirmed them that I have no intention to cheat the bank by not paying the amount though I am running out of money now a days. My wife is seriously ill also my parents are. So, I am in very critical situation. Knowing all the fact today (28th March 2009) at 1.07 pm from[protected]total call duration 04min29sec) my mother received a call on our residential phone numbered[protected]. The caller spoke with her so rudely and threatened her and used a number of slang languages. By his (Your Representative named Mr. Abir Chaterjee) this type of language and very rough behavior my mother became sick and she is now running in trauma and for that I have to contact my family physician immediately.
        I have mentioned earlier that I am willing to pay the rest of my loan amount as on regular basis, but I need some time to get recovered financially. To know the above fact and keeping my generous intention in mind, I earnestly request you to take immediate action on Mr. Abir Chatterjee and his type of “Threat Calls” as early as possible.           Hello Lawyer,

          My HomeLoan A/C is LBCHE[protected]

          I have taken an Homeloan in 10/1/2008 and am paying an EMI of Rs. 31.X thousands /per month.

          It was a heart attach to see my amortisation schedule that has been changed on each printout I had to take after each month.

          They way its floats across the principal (taking 200.00 INR per month), Intrest rate and the number of years to repay (Currently 518) months is heart breaking.

          People around me are laughing and shocked with the tenure and the prinicple being taken.

          I need the ICICI authorities to give a proper justification on the float and the increase without my knowledge.

          Please guide me on what can be done at this point of time. Im extremly disappointed as my entire faith in paying for the house each month honestly, should have be fruitfull even if I had put it in a saving account.

          Please let me know my choices of what best can be done.

            ICICI online banking has recently started new concept of OTP one time password of logging in to your account withount giving any information to their customers.It was really annoying,u r supposed to get the password on your mobile or email registered but u never get that message or mail, so u r forced to send a sms which charges u 3rs every message but by the time u get the message it says ur session has expired please login again and send the message again.Its just a new way of looting money by iCICI n i[censored] try calling their paid customer care after ling hours of waiting pressing thru ivr they will tell u that our call volumes are really high please call us later.This is the worst banking experience i got so far.I[censored] have an option o[censored]sing other banking banking service please do.Dont ever open an account with ICICI.

            I have been fighiting with ICIC customer care about this. The feasibility of the service is in question.

            OTP is not sent to email of a domestic customer. It is only sent to mobile. I have been asking to them to modify their policy but they are not doing it.

            Forget about modifying policy/FAQ, this is not feasible when a customer goes abroad for certain time and does not carry the mobile in roaming. This situation will be a nightmare for the customer.

            I would have had 5-10 email communications regarding this and I finally escalated to the grievances cell of ICICI now. Hope to get this resolved. Here is the detailed email I wrote to them.

            Hello Sir,
            I am a customer of ICICI bank since last 11-12 years. I bear one savings and one Salary account. Here are the account numbers.

            Off late I have been finding issues with respect to the service being provided by ICICI bank. Though I have lot of issues, I am writing this email to show my grievances for the service called OTP. This is a policy which asks for one time PWD while customer logs into ICICI bank online. I have concerns of the feasibility of the service as this does not help a customer who is travelling abroad and does not carry a mobile/cell.

            I have been writing to the customer care of ICICI on this but still have not got any answer which I am convinced of. You can get the details of my communication with the customer care from my mail box (Online mail box). I am also attaching one email trail in a word document along with this email.

            Here are my questions which are either not answered directly/I am not convinced with the resolution.

            Question 1 :

            OTP will be sent only to mobile/cell numbers registered of the domestic customers. However policy/FAQ says this will be sent to email as well. When I asked why I am not being sent the OTP over email? The response to this question was, PWD will be sent to NRI customers only. I have been asking them to modify the policy/FAQ still I don’t get any answer. This is simply misleading the customer

            Question 2:
            Now, a domestic customer who goes abroad for a short term trip need to take a mobile connection there, as OTP may come up any time and in such a case, the important work of customer will be stalled.
            Solution to the above problem is that the customer will have to take a mobile connection abroad and update it the system so as to get the OTP. This is absolutely not feasible. As this is forcing customer to take a connection abroad.

            Question 3:
            Now, even if the connection is taken abroad, the process which needs to be followed to update telephone number is tedious. Customer has to send a letter to the ICICI bank address and get this done. This would take 7-10 days time as international post/couriers will take some time. Here also I have to be in mercy of the courier/POST as I don’t know if the letter will be delivered and will be worked upon? There will not be any tracking number for this.

            All these are building so many restrictions around the customer that in a typical scenario customer will not be able to do anything.

            Just think I will bother about my work and my travel or I will bother about my login details and its feasibility abroad. Don’t you think the extra security measure you have implemented is without looking at all these points?

            Please note this forces me to open another account now and move to that slowly. I definitely see this as a barrier in using ICIC bank.

            Kindly look into this issue and please let me know, I need to present my case further. You can arrange a conference call between different departments and I can present my case there.
            I completely agree with your views here.Its jus another way of making money by SMS, which they charge u for receiving the OTP.
            Where I am presently there is a weak Docomo signal. I recv the OTP after a long time and by the time I enter it the ICICI webpage session expires. At every stage the sms is lagging resulting in 4 unsuccessful attempts.
            Its a good idea to go for some other bank.

                1. I am a serving Defence Officer, having an ICICI Bank A/c No.[protected] which was opened in dehradun branch at the time of commissioning. At the time of opening a/c ,it was informed to all cadets that it is a zero balance special scheme account only for defence officers and not a salaried account.
                2. However , I have been charged for QABChgs, Jan-Mar11+ST77 Rs. 827.00 for not keeping a balance of Rs.10,000/=.
                3. At the time of opening the a/c, i was given a zero balance a/c privilege and now they have deducted the amt without any intimation.
                4. I would request to take up a case for refund of the said amt and atleast bank should intimate the customer if there is any change in such policy. Its a very pathetic show by such a huge capital market bank jus to make few bucks.

                Kindly look into this at your earliest and help me to get my money back.

                    I had opened a saving account with ICICI bank in 2008 to link with the demat account for online trading purpose. The debit card they issued was returned by me as I did not need it. The bank official took it back and said that she has updated on the computer. When I pressed for a written statement, she said there was no need for that as she has already updated. Recently, when I went to close the account, I found that they have charged me for DCARD. When I asked for it to be reversed, I was told that they will do it only if I will not close the account. I had no choice but to forgo my money.

                    1. I, P Suji Dhas, am an account holder of SBI, Kuzhithurai (0867) and my DSP A/C No is [protected]. I am serving with Indian Army and presently serving in counter insurgency area at Rajouri District. On 02 Feb 2013, my wife has gone to ICICI, ATM, which is located at opposite side of LIC building Martandam, Dist Kanniya Kumari for withdrawal of money. During the ATM process, she has entered for Rs 10, 000/- for withdrawal, but the amount was not received from the ATM and ATM machine had also shown an indication of CANCEL. She cancelled the command and again try to draw the money but the machine yet again failed in the procedure. Late on inquiry an amount of Rs 10, 000/- was found to be deducted from my account on 02 Feb 13 which was not received by her.

                    2. I lodged a complaint to SBI customer care on 05 Feb 13 and received ticket No AT[protected] and the rep of SBI customer care also said that your compliant will be resolve within seven working days. On 09 Feb 13, on contacting with SBI customer care, rep of customer care said that your complaint has been resolved by ICICI Bank, Martandam and the wrong deduction amount will be credit with seven working days. However the amount was not credited till 13 Feb 13 so on contacting yet again with SBI customer care I was informed that Rs 10, 000/- transaction was carried out on 02 Feb 13 from S/B account and I was to contact my home branch for further clarification. My wife has met SBI, Kuzhithurai manager on 15 Feb 13 and he said that the transaction was carried out on 02 Feb 13 and also given a copy of summary which was received from ICICI Bank Martandam. Then she met ICICI Bank manager on same day, he said that the transaction was carried out, so the amount has not refund. She approached the manager that on scrutiny from the CCTV camera recording which is fitted in your ATM room if the amount has received by me or not. He said that CCTV recording will be scrutiny on request of SBI, Kuzhithurai.

                    3. On scrutiny of ICICI, Martandam summary the followings are not understand :-

                    a) As per journal record time of all transaction was carried out between CARD ENABLE AND TRANSACTION START less my transaction. My transaction was carried out between AMOUNT ENTERED AND TRANSATION REQUEST. i.e 16:30:48.

                    b) Account No of all transaction has been shown in journal record less my transaction.

                    4. SBI, Kuzhithurai has approach ICICI, Martandam to verify the camera recording vide their letter No dated 01 March 2013. ICICI Bank Martandam has verified the Room camera on 01 March 2013, but the picture not clear due to sun light. The manager, ICICI Martandam said that we will verify ATM Camera which was fitted in ATM Machine with 10 to 15 days.

                    5. Inspite of repeated complaints and requests to SBI & ICICI during the prolong period from 02 February 2013, my wrong deduction amount Rs 10000.00 has not yet credited in my S/B account.

                    6. Now-a-days am mentally disturbed due to the wrong deduction, so am not able to perform my duties properly in counter insurgency area. Therefore, you are requested to rectify the complaint and credit the wrong deduction amount in my S/B account as earliest as possible. You are also requested to intimate the progress of the compliant in my Email ID [protected]@gmail.com

                    I am shiv. I also found same charges in my icici bank account on 22/05/2013. Its 28.09 two times. When i call to Customer care. They told simply "The charge is collected for Try to swipe your card above balance amount".But i never did that.Why they are doing this ?

                    I had deposited ICICI Bank SC Scheme 2004 worth R's. 10.50 lacs. I have given form No. 15 H before 31st May 2016. Even though TDS has been deducted from my interest dues as on 30 June, 2016 from receipt No.89/ 102.

                          Since you are operating the Demat A/c, I suppose, you are using Net Banking of ICICI Bank.

                          In case you are using net banking, you need not go to bank to change your mobile no.
                          After login, go to View/Change Contact details tab, you will get two options, Update Contact no and Update Email Id.
                          In update contact no, you can change both your mobile and landline no.
                          Submit and you will recieve some sort of SMS confirming the change.

AS A RESULT, I APPLIED FOR TRANSFER OF MY ACCOUNT FROM ALLAHABAD BRANCH TO SHALIMAR GARDEN BRANCH WHICH IS MY NEAREST BRANCH AT AROUND 50KM. AS I CANNOT VISIT THE BRANCH DUE TO ITS FAR LOCATION AND MY JOB TIMINGS, I FORWARDED MY APPLICATION THROUGH A FRIEND. I WAS TOLD THAT FOR CHANGE OF MOBILE NUMBER I MUST PERSONALLY VISIT THE BRANCH AND APPLY. OFLATE I DO MY TRANSACTIONS THROUGH INTERNET. ON THE WEBSITE AND AFTER PERSONAL LOG-IN UNDER THE VIEW/CHANGE CONTACT DETAILS, THERE IS PROVISION OF CHANGING THE CONTACT NUMBER. I HAD TRIED A LOT OF TIMES TO UPDATE BUT THE SAME IS NOT BEEN DONE. AS MY ACCOUNT IS NOT DORMANT (AS MENTIONED IN THE ICICI WEBSITE), MY CONTACT NO. CAN TO BE UPDATED.

                            I've used the service myself, and found no problem. Even the address and Branch change I've done through net banking only when I got transferred from Vishakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh to Kolkata, West Bengal.

                              I WAS HOLDING 4 BONDS OF ICICI SAFETY BONDS SEPTEMBER 2001 ISSUE.
                              BOND HOLDER NO. 1646698 AND 1646699 FOR 2 BONDS EACH. THE BONDS WERE REDEEMED ON 12TH MAY 2008 AND I RECIEVED TDS CERTIFICATE NOS. 802 AND 803 FOR TDS AMOUNT OF RS. 824.00 EACH.

                              NOW I HAVE RECIEVED MY TAX REFUND AND THIS AMOUNT OF RS. 1648.00 IS NOT REFLECTING IN MY TAX STATEMENT 26AS, HENCE I WILL NOT GET REFUND OF THIS AMOUNT.

                              HOW DO I CONTACT ICICI AND ASK THEM TO FILE A RECTIFICATION FOR THE SAME.

                              Thanks for your response. I had even recieved a letter from you confirming that the revised e-tds to the Income tax department. This letter is ref: [protected] / inward ref : IEM1092082, dated 13/05/2011.

                              Sadly still the amount is not reflecting in 26AS. Hence I request you once again to verify if the returns have been revised or not. The status I have checked in 26AS a couple of minutes back .

                                Recently ICICI bank have started calling my parents in my residence and threatening them over phone (The number from which they are calling is[protected] My parents are old and they are senior citizens. I immediately want to lodge a strong complaint against this fraud bank. They are charging me in a fraudulent basis and have never provided me with a bank statement. I need justice through immediate action against these fraudsters.

                                Immediately lodge a police complaints in your nearest PS about the threats recieved over phone.
                                Secondly write a complaint mail to the ICICI Bank regarding this phone calls.
                                Approach a nearest ICICI Branch and ask them for their Ombudsman or Nodal Officer's Phone/Email, and lodge a complaint to him.

                                  I am holding two Deep Discount Bonds issued by The ICICI Investers Services Ltd. in 1997. Since I have shifted from West Delhi (Paschim Vihar) to East Delhi (Mayur Vihar). I have been trying to get the address changed, but am unable to get the same. I had approached ICICI bank office at Barakhamba Road and handed over an application for change of address on 14th March, but there was no response. Then I searched on the net and got one address 3i Infotech Ltd. Tower No:5, International Infotech Park, Mumbai and sent one more request 0n[protected]. But there was also no response. I have sent mail to Customer Service Manager, ICICI bank limited- which informed me to write directly to Under Secretary, Min. of Corporate Affairs, New Delhi. Lastly I sent the request to The Registrar, ICICI Investers Services Ltd., Sri Padmavati Bhavan, Plot No: 93, Road No: 16, MIDC Area, Andheri, Mumbai by Registered post, the same letter came back with remarks that the addressee had left.
                                  I therefore request through this message to kindly help me to get the adress changed.

                                    There is no point in me repeating the same old story to you again and again.
                                    I had wire transferred the funds to the relevant accounts on 29th March 2011 and as now confirmed by you, there is no outstanding dues from my side.
                                    These accounts were funded by early April, at the latest and the account closure forms were resent.

                                    It takes you one month to realise that the said accounts are funded?

                                    From now on, no further amounts are due, nor under any circumstance will be paid to you regarding the PINS maintenance, as you have failed to close my Demat Accounts and Savings Account even after receiving the said funds in the accounts, more than a month ago.
                                    Also, I was made to send all signed forms yet again to which I obliged. Yet nothing has come of it.

                                    I have record of all correspondence with ICICI Bank and find no reason to send email upon email when clearly your institution is not geared to customer service, to say the least. My communications with ICICI Bank for the past 4 months is proof of this.
                                    I do not see the need to keep sending you the same account closing forms again and again.

                                    After receiving my account closing forms twice, it is your job to close all my accounts,
                                    especially when there are no outstanding dues at all.
