[Resolved] ICICI/ Credit Card — Blocked the Card without any Request or Complaint

Dear Team, My Card has been blocked with out any reason, ICICI says I have called them on 22 Dec 2008 and requested to block the card, however I am in LONDON since 19 SEP 2008, My Reliance number does not work any more in this Country. I have neither called them by any number nor written them to block my card and when I ask them to make my Card Active, they force me to accept that I asked to do so, however they have no proof for this that I have asked to do so. ICICI says that we can issue a new card for you, come INDIA to collect that. Now I am facing lots of problem because I can not use this. 1)I can not purchase any books/cd or anything where Credit Card is necessary like Paypal, you need to have Credit card number with you. 2)I am in different country(LONDON)for 6 Months, I was keeping this credit Card as one of my Back up/Reserved Money, like when I was in urgency and running short of Money/Cash, however it failed. I had to experience a very embarrassing situation in a hospital. I thought my card is working and I have given that to the reception and than she complained, this is not working Sir, It is Blocked. There was no cash with me at that point of time, than I had to call my Friend to pay my all bills. 3)Because the card was blocked, I could pay my Instalment of ICICI bills online and now ICICI itself will charge me the delay charges for the same as I can ask my old aged mother in India to go to Bank and submit the instalment. 4)It is getting more than a month I am talking to ICICI managers, however I did not get any response. sir i am holding two in numbers of credit card.but icici lombard and your credit card department have fraud with me. so i want blocked my credit cards. so that you cannot do such type of frouds.and plese you adjust my credit card bills and deduct my intrest which you have charge on my credit cards.because i dont have too much money to pay your intrest.and i have already send a speed post of my application to your nodal officer. erliyar i purchased sum of Rs 1lac and 10 thousand on my cerdit card and i paid my full amount in time.but this time nobody help me. if you can solve my problem i will keep your credit card continuesly. actually i am a defence person and i have taken a health insursnce on my credit card no [protected] by name of rajesh kumar. but your department made another policy on my another credit card no [protected] by name of geeta yadav.geeta yadav is my wife. now you tell one man will take same type of policy. in future with out my knowledge and confirmation any transection will not made on my any credit dards. my wife have not too much knowledge.

ICICI/ Credit Card — Online Credit Card Fraud

I own an ICICI bank credit card, which i have not used since last 2 years.Today i recieved a call from ICICI bank sayin that transactions had been done on my card.I checked My E-statemenet on ICICI bank website and found that two transactions, one dated 16/04/2009 of some 40, 000 rupees and another dated 19/04/2009 of some 65, 000 rupees had been done from My card .The transactions were done by some "AL majeed communication". i immediately called up the customer care office and got my cards blocked and a "dispute" raised.Can u please suggest me that do i need to register an FIR and what are my options.What does Bank do in such cases?
