[Resolved]  ICICI Credit Card - — Nonavailability of EMI option

Hi,
My name is Aswin Kini M.K. I own an ICICI Credit Card. I have been using the card for the past two years and have paid my dues very well in advance. I have always used the card only when the purchase amount exceeded 10k and converted my purchases into EMIs.

Recently, I used the ICICI Credit card to pay 18500 rs for my bike. I had done a similar transaction earlier last year and successfully paid for it in EMIs. But this year, when I called ICICI, They informed me that they do not provide the option anymore. They never informed this earlier and now claim that it is only value add. I can't pay the entire amount now.

EMI option was like a boon to me. But now without it, this card is useless. I would request some help regarding this.
