ICICI Bank internet Password — I haven't received my Password

I have requested ICICI Bank to send me my internet pasword on 07-01-08, my airway bill no is [protected]. i am still waiting to get my password and complete some urgent transaction. the service staff is even not conctacting us nor they deliverying the good on time. i would request you to please help me in getting my courier on time. I have contacted to ICICI Bank and they informed me that the Passwordas are delivered on 08-01-08 by Expressit courier. Please Contact me while delivering. I am still waiting for my Password. Credit Card — not deliver my credit card and password from the date of issue

dear sir, madam


i din't get my credit card and password from date of issue but i m getting sbi credit card statement regularly.
ICICI Bank people has dispatched my user id and Password of Credit card on 10/0/2008 through Elbee courier, but still i.e till 25/06/2008 i have not recieved my courier.This is very worst service from Elbee
The same thing has happend to me also. ICICI has depatched my cheque book and password a month back and till now I too have not recd it. I don't know whether this courier services is active or sleeping. Whenever I call their office number, it just rings but nobody lifts the phone[protected], [protected]. Very careless.

I suggest ICICI to evaluate the courier vendors properly and give them the business. Just because this vendor is cheap don't trouble customers please. This will reflect on your ICICI services too.

Elbee is real bad courier. I don't prefer him.

Same happened to me too.. I didnt recieve my banking password too... this is the third time happening to me.. plz icici avoid elbee courier and find the best one...
i had forgot my user id and password and need it...
I asked ICICI bank to dispatch my cheque book. It seems that they only use ELBEE COURIERS for their deliveries. My delivery was returned back citing the reason 'Out of our service area'. My question is that if ELBEE COURIERS knew that my address is out of their service area, why did they accept the courier from ICICI bank. They should have said NO to ICICI Bank, that time itself rather than going into loop of accepting and then returning the delivery back to ICICI Bank. Is it that they are not interested in delivery and just want to mint money from ICICI bank.
I would like to request ICICI Bank to change their courier agent or at least have multiple courier agent. If this is not done, then people like me who are not living in metroes of India, will face the saem problem.

ICICI Bank — Poor & Careless Services

This is Neeraj Gupta. I am holding ICICI Bank account with Karnal Branch. My colleague has transferred sum of Rs. 32, 300 to my ICICI Account thru NEFT Transfer on 08th September 2008, but till now the amount has not been deposited in my ICICI Account. I have been following up with ICICI Phone banking officers but no-one is able to provide concrete response on why the amount is not transferred. I have also visited ICICI Bank, Karnal branch today but even they were unable to provide any status or solution. The response is really pathetic from ICICI Phone bankers, they were not aware of any processes & mis-guiding the customers.

ELBEE couriers is the worst couries I have seen ever. ICICI has depatched my credit card through ELBEE on 26/09/08 they didn't called me upto now (06/10/08). I called the customer care 10 times between the dates. They said my courier was gone out for delivery. on 06/10/08 they return back the credit card to ICICI and saying that I am not available. They didn't came to my office but they put the status in their ELBEE as I am not available. But ICICI people always use the ELBEE services which are worst services.

ICICI Bank Credit Card — Kingfisher Airlines ICici bank Credit card not approved..!!

I had applied for a Kingfisher airlines Gold Credit Card cobranded with ICICI bank.
my apllication no. is I[protected].

I am an ICICI bank Customer with a demat and saving a/c and also have an icici direct a/c.

my annual income is 3lakh +

i meet the eligibility criteria and have a kingfisher airlines membership as well..

when i asked for why was my application not approved.. it was replied that the reason is confidential.

i feel it is extremely humiliating when u have relations with the bank and meet the eligibility criteria yet the card is not approved.

Please look into the matter.

ICICI phone/internet banking — Not Received my password

I had requested a password reset on my ICICI card (way bill no.[protected] as per ICICI Bank) which was due to be recevied in Oct 08. I haven't recevied any courier as of date. ICICI Bank had despatched my credit card thru Elbee couries vide AWB No.[protected].The courier person did not deliver the item stating that I was not available and also did not bother to keep any slip for contacting them. Elbee courier`s contact telephone numbers 65645992 and 65645993 are always kept switched off. Hence I can not contact them also. I too find that their service is very poor.

I would like to inform you that I am not able to do any online transaction with my credit card. In case of online transaction system is prompting me user id and passwd.

Lot of time I have requested for user id and passwd . But yet I have not been allocated for any user id and passwd. So please do the need ful. I am right now in Beijing. And need the user id and password to do online transaction.

ICICI Bank — very bad service

icici bank is a very bad company this company is operating through phone they give their policy also through phone only. i have taken a policy after they torture me on phone every day they use to call me sir take the policy they told me if you don't like the policy you can cancle the policy but the don't tell that only in 15 days you can cancle the policy after taken the policy they they start deducting the amount from my credit card and then one day when i call them to cancle my policy they told me that you cant cancle the policy because the time period has gone and they deduct Rs.4096 from my credit card and now again they are going to deduct Rs.4096 from my credit card they just simply sms me that on 19/07/09 you wiil be charged Rs.4096 from your credit card. when i call them to cancle my policy they you should tell before 15 days .they just sms me yesterday how can i cancle the policy before 15 days. when i dont know when they will be charging me. i just dont want this policy i want to cancle my policy if consumer forum can help me and i want consumer forum to take some strong action againts such company. and help me to get out of this situation please help me

I.was applied for user ID and password for internet banking at your Agartala Branch on 17.07.2009 and it was registered in your bank vide no SR[protected] . On 18.07.2009 i was received message from you that the internet passwprd has been sent to me on 18.07.2009 to your Kolkata RMR for further dispatch to my mailing address. But till date i have not received the same.

ICICI Bank — Re Issue Password

Hi There,

I have salried saving account in ICICI Bank Noida branch address of the bank is :
Sector 61 Branch ICICI Bank Ltd, Supertech Shopprix, C-134 B, Sector - 61, NOIDA, 201307

I submitted a request to re issue my password by filling online form on ICICI bank site. After giving full information it shows that it will be process in 11 days...
After 3 days i checked the status of my complaint and it shows the address provided by you does not match with our database..i again re submitted the request but till now they are doing nothing for the same this is very pathetic for user that they take so long time to service.

HSBC has forwarded a statutory bonus cheque on 1st Oct 2009 but I have not yet recieved nor it is returned to HSBC bank so I can go and collect the cheque. I am really frustrated as unless HSBC receives the cheque return the will not issue the new cheque.

ICICI customer care people are one of the worst I have seen in my life. their head service quality is without brain & there quality of service is absolutely rotten. I have received at least 10 wrong , irrelevant replies for my complaint from head of service quality. These persons should be kicked off from the job

ICICI — New password not delivered

I have applied for my new net-banking passwords, a service tracking is given to me and i have been told that it will be delivered by 27th october 2010. And it hasn't happened, when i try to track the status of my request, the webform doesn't accept the given request number. When i try to contact the customer care by phone, it put me long time in hold and never there.

you can just try to enter the given service request number: it has a limit for the number of characters, it doesn't accept all the request number

ICICI Bank — pASSWORD NOT DELIVERED TO MY ADDRESS SINCE LAST ONE MONTH

Dear Sir,

The complaints is regarding the net banking password not deliverd to my address which is mentioned in ICICI Bank database.Also when i tried to generate online password,then six digit unique code is not deliverd on my mobile no.[protected].
There is ANIL SHARMA n call center,he is supervisor.he commits me that he can delivedr the password within in 4 days ,but still nothing happened.
Also when i called on call center number,they put me hold on for a long time,due to which my balance also deduct.
I am mentally disturb due to thia,even thogh ,they talk very badly and not fulfill commitment.

Please hlep me to solve this,i am totally disturb due to this.

    This is Suresh Babu Vutukuri. I apply for the ICICI bank credit card in the month of June 2007 when I was working in IBM, Bangalore. But till the time i had changed my room in Bangalore in the end of July 07 i didn't get any kind of response from the bank. From the month of October 07, i got a job offer in Satyam Computer Services and i had changed my place of residence to Chennai on 22nd Oct, 2007. When I joined in Satyam Computers I got an SB account in ICICI bank, Chennai as my salary account. The account number is[protected] and is maintaining at Chennai-Cenotaph Road branch.

    Recently I noticed that amount of 14, 528.52 is debited from my account on 18/06/2008 and now ICICI bank has blocked the amount of 38, 845.04. You can see those details below. The ICICI bank people are telling this amount is blocked for my ICICI credit card which was issued on 23/09/2007.

    Without my notice or my permission the bank people have linked my saving account to credit card. Even I made a call to ICICI customer care people and I shared my mobile number with them also. But I didn’t have any positive response from them and they are talking very rudely. Even now I can’t able to do any transaction with my SB account. They are telling that the card was delivered to the below address at which i was not residing in the month of September, 2007 and i am totally unaware of to whom they had delivered the card and who used that card. The bank is making me responsible for the usage of the card by someone else. Also the kind of delay in responding to the query through customer care is costing me Rs. 38845.04 which was billed again and debited from my account.

    When I asked them how my Chennai SB account is linked to Bangalore credit card..??, they are telling that bank has authority to do this without giving notice to customer. Right now i am in the position of not having any salary from two months and depending upon debts from others.

    So in this regard, as a helpless customer from ICICI bank, I would request any one of you to please intervene in this matter and help me to sort out this problem.

All the required documents were furnished to the sales executive who had come to my residence. I was assured that my account would be activated within 20 days. Those 20 days are long over. Repeated calls and mails to ICICI customer-care have proved futile. All that I get to know is that my form had been rejected twice (of which I was not informed by anyone, I had to call up several times to get this status report) and now it has gone into the never ending processing mode. Each curt mail to ICICI customer care receives a reply back that I should wait for 10 additional days.
      I am now tired and frustated and all I want is a refund of the processing fee of Rs. 250 that I had given along with the application form.
      If this complaint is forwarded to ICICI, I am certain that the obtuse and imbecilic fools that are employed over there will repeat (just as a stupid parrot does) what they have requested before, that I should wait for another 10 days. Please refrain from sending such SPAMS
      I have already approached another DEMAT service provider and have sent in my application.
      WILL THE DEAF OF ICICI PLEASE TAKE NOTE??

            I am Vinod Maheshwari; I have taken a Home Loan from ICICI Bank, Sector 50, Noida Branch on Date 7th March 2007.

            My Home Loan Details are
            1. LBDEL[protected] (Primary Home Loan)
            2. LBNOD[protected] (Top-up Loan)

            I have purchased this house from Mr. Khemchand. He was also having the home loan and top-up loan from the ICICI bank.

            In October 2007, I came to know that Mr. Khemchand was paying the EMI on his home and top-up both loans.

            Then I and Mr. Khemchand have contacted to bank, we met Mr. Vikas Chowdhary (Area Operation Manger) regarding this issue.

            As Per Mr. Vikas, Bank was not able to close Mr. Khemachand’s home loan account as they have forgotten to deduct the his top up loan money from My new Home Loan amount. Due to this reason the property papers was not transferred to my home loan account.

            I have shocked as legally I am the owner of that property and as per bank I have no roll on property I am just paying the EMI for nothing.

            After several visit of the branch and huge effort of Mr. Vikas Chowdhary, bank has closed the home loan of Mr. Khemchand, So Mr. Khemchand Home loan EMI has been closed in November. But bank has not closed his top up loan as there is some technical problem; due to this my property paper has still not been transferred to my account.

            I have discussed the same many times with Mr. Vikas, but I did not get any proper response from his side and the situation of the issue still same for me.

            Mr. Khemchand has to pay EMI for 5 years, as remaining period for his top-up loan. Till that I can not sell or transfer my property to any body.
            As per Indian law I am the owner of the property and bank is not showing the same then why I am paying the EMI.

            I am putting this mail to following ICICI personnel also:
            1. Mr. Vivek Agarwal – ACM Home Loans on 7th March 2007 in Noida Branch
            2. Mr. Sharad Mittal – RBH Delhi on 7th March 2007 in Noida Branch

            Regarding this issue I would like to ask following question from bank:
            1. Why the Bank personnel has missed to deduct Top-up loan of my property previous Owner.

            2. If bank is so careless about their own money, then how can I believe on bank that they will keep my property papers secure?

            3. When Mr. Vikas came to know about the issue why he has not try to close both loan of my property previous owner’s loan simultaneously. Because now to catch Mr. Khemchand is not easy as he has no problem to pay EMI on top-up loan.

            4. I am paying the 12% as interest rate on my Top-up loan, where as other bank has been reduced the interest rates. I can still pay at high rate if your bank has been care for my issue. It is now become one year all-to-gather, and no response of bank.

            After seeing following condition I have no option left to stop EMI and deposit the EMI in court with taking legal help.

            I would still like to escalate this issue to you all as I want to give a chance to prove the credibility of bank.

            I suffered mentally so much due bank mistake. Hope you will response positively after this mail.

            Stll I am awaiting resolvance of issue.

            Home Loan — Not getting proper response from anyone

            ICICI Bank Home Loan — EMI issues

            I have requested for Increase in my EMI for Rs. 15000/- and tenure should be reduced to 200 months.
            My interest rate was 10% and EMI paying Rs. 13212/-. I clearly mentioned in the letter that Interest rate should be same as my current interest rate i.e. 10% and tenure should be reduced. The request has been processed in such away that both the conditions are not satisfied.

            My interest rate increase to 13%, Tenure is as it is and EMI is Rs. 16, 289/-. When I contact ICICI bank to verify the same, nobody responding. Somebody please help me to sortout this problem.

              I had an ICICI Credit Card, for which I had done a settlement on the Principal amount, now 1 year after my settlement, The bank refuses to accept that they did any settlement, they have taken that money that I paid in -lieu of Full and Final Settlement as a regular payment and now threaten me that they will BLACK LIST my credit history. I checked with the Bank Redressel forum also but they also gave the same response, that you have to make the payment as we never did a settlement with you, I have all the details with me, If you can help, I can provide alll the details.

              Dear all,

              I was made to take an ICICI EMI Card by the so called customer service people 3 years back... There were at my door step every time saying that ICICI has nominated you for this type of cards. They said that i can use it as a debit card also.

              So i withdrew some money and later when i came to know that i should not ve done that, i paid the principle amount discussing with the credit card manager here in chennai, Mount road office. The card was closed that time amicably and a letter was issued to me.

              Later, i kept receiving calls from ICICI Advocates regarding the same and i ve explained them everytime what has happened. But now, i came to know after 3 years that my name has been black listed in CIBIL for any loans .

              This is ridiculous. I am cornered now. I was true to them but they have cheated me.

              Please some one suggest me what should i do now ? Is there any possibility that i can prove myself and take my name off from the list with CIBIL ? I cant spent money on this being a middle class fellow.. I would also like to know whether this sort of things happens to big shots too ?

                ICICI bank has lost my original property documents ! the loan is worth close to 50lacs. i have been following up on this for 18 months, and now they confirm that they have lost all the documents. they have promised to recreate the document, but i dont trust them any longer.

                    I have deposited a cheque of Rs. 5500/- (cheque number ‘385554’of Sandeep Bajirao Ghorpade with ICICI account number[protected] on Friday 23rd May 2006 in your Old Sangvi, Pune Axis Bank ATM at Madhuban Corner for my friend Mr Chintamani Sadashiv Kulkarni, Axis Bank customer with account number [protected] of Maduraai branch.
                    On the very next day morning, I got called by Axis bank, Pune and they told me that I forgot to put cheque in the envelope(which was not the actual case). They told me to deposit the cheque again as it was missing.
                    As it was account payee cheque only, I took a risk of depositing it again so that even if it get cleared, my friend could have returned me the extra money Rs. 5500/-
                    So again on 24th May 2008, I deposited the cheque of Rs 5500/- (cheque number ‘385555’of Sandeep Bajirao Ghorpade with ICICI account number[protected]in the same account of Mr Kulkarni.

                    Now the problem is, in his account, Rs. 5500/- gor credited only ONCE for cheque number ‘385555’ on 27th May. But again on 31st Mat, the old cheque 385554 cleared. It is debited from my account and yet to credit in his account.
                    Please see below my ICICI bank account statement for that week. The amount is deducted twice. After tracing a lot, we come to know that the cheque is cleared on a person with almost similar name o[censored]nion Bank of India.Please reply ASAP.
                    How is it possible? while clearing my cheque, why didn't ICICI bank chequed the details? I am facing a lot of problems becoz of this.

                      My experiance with ICICI was not good. I filled a DDA application form lajpat Nagar Branch but after Draw I visited 4 times Lajpat Nagar Branch, 2 times Green park branch, 10 times calls bot no reply with ICICI. ICICI employees behiver was not responsible. they dont send DD to addrees . so they enjoy interest on it. and solve finance time being.

                      I had an ICICI Titanium credit card for over five and a half years, and had the same limit from the begining, as I had requested not to increase the limit few years back. Last year's spend only on the ICICI card was around Rs. 2, 50, 000. I had never missed any payment during the entire time I had the card. I also work with a very big firm which maintains employee salary account with ICICI.

                      Now that my expenses are increasing, I had requested an increase in limit and the cateogorical answer was there is a policy of not increasing credit limits. I tried to reason with them, but all in vain. I got an HDFC card, used it for a couple of months liked their service enough to end my relation ship with ICICI completely, save for the salary account, for which I do not have a choice.

                      Suggestion to all other reading this, find another bank, preferably smaller one for your credit card. I am not endorsing HDFC in anyway.

                        Hi,
                        We are a private limited Company, having a current account with ICICI bank limited. 5 days ago, we got some credits to our account, through cheque transactions. We issued a few cheques (payments), which got bounced stating "insufficient funds".

                        Surprisingly, we had much more amount ("credited" to our account) than the bounced cheques. Even the credits to ours accounts, which followed in the coming days, are still "on hold". ICICI bank does not state any reason for "freezing" the account, wherein, they are accepting cheques credited to the account, and clearing them instantly. But, none of the funds is available.

                        The Company does not have any kind of loans/limits or any dues with the bank.

                        This has put our Company in big mess and we are suffering huge losses, as the fund-flow has stopped! Its the end of the month and we might, as well, loose non-expendible employees, and thus, loose business too!

                        Please advice at your earliest possible.

                          I am in business trip to Mumbai for period of 20 days, on June 22st 2008 i paid hotel bill to “Hotel Ashwin Pvt. Ltd” from the debit card at the time total amount in my card was Rs. 92839.00. While swaping card it showed the status decline and no voice transaction slip was generated, but the same time i got the message that Rs 21000.00 has been debited from account in the mean time he tried for second attempt and in next attempt again 21000.00 was debited from my account but this time it generated the voice transaction slip which i signed. I asked Hotel Ashwin to check in their statement of account that the first transaction that happened accidentally is credited in their account, but after verifying the statement no transaction was there. As no voice transaction slip was generated for first attempt nor i signed the same so kindly rollback the amount asap as i am in business trip and short in money.

                          I.e. V Vaidyananthan Holding account no.[protected], in ICICI Bank branch Patel Nagar, Delhi. Wish to bring your knowledge that my account is debited by RS. 843/- from the bank side on 19-Jan-09. And subsequent enquires were done by me but unsatisfactory reply was given to me that due to insufficient balance in my account this deduction has been done. This account was opened at time of joining to Shine and Standard as a corporate account on zero balance and no such information was provided that due to insufficient amount RS. 10, 000/- in account deduction would be made. The salary cheque was not sent by the company so I should not be held responsible for insufficient funds.

                            With due respect I beg to inform you that I, Bappaditya Das is dropped a chaque of Rs. 26100/- ( Chaque No.773212 of SBI A/C[protected] dated 03/06/2008) at ICICI Durgapur branch on 3rd June 2008, in favour of [protected] (My credit Card No.) against my credit card statement of due amount of Rs. 23, 598/- expecting that, it would be clear before 9th June 2008.
                            But unfortunately yesterday (24/06/2008)at 4pm when I was doing University Confidential job at NIT, Durgapur, a phone from [protected] your Calcutta call center threatened me to pay the amount. Then, after getting the call leaving the job I rushed to ICICI Durgapur branch and from your operations they confirmed me that the chaque was cleared at that branch on 9th June 2008 but till now that was not reflected in my credit card statement but my SBI bank statement reflect the debit amount of Rs.26, 100/-.
                            This is the 2nd time I am harassed by you and everybody of my colleagues as well as my friends have seen this incident. Finally I have decided to surrender my ICICI credit card as early as possible. Just tell me what amount I should pay or I will get back? Because this harassment is more than enough.
                            Please call me my credit card current status as early as possible and tell me the procedure to return your credit card.

                            Dear Sir/Madam My name is Sanket P. Pradhan and my credit card number is [protected]. I am using this credit card from Dec 2006 and you can check I have not paid any amount after due date, I have not paid single ruppee for interest and late fee. For the Statement of 16th June 2008, my outstanding balance was 3309 and I have given chaque of Rs. 3300 on 2nd of july 2008(chaque number 635770 IndusInd Bank), this amount already debited from my bank account on 4th July. Your system was not working properly for 10 days, and that's why this was not reflected in my credit card account. Now its reflectd on 24th july in your statement, but what about my late fee and interest fee. As I called today to Customer Care departement for the same and also for deducting late fee, interest fee and service tax. One concern person told me that If your due date is 3rd and you are paying chaque on 2nd for other bank, you are liable for late fee and interest fee, as your collection department of Baroda/Vadodara is telling, If we are submitting the chaque on same date as due date, ICICI is not taking any charges. And your Phone banking officer is saying one new thing, we have to pay before 2 days while paying by ICICI bank chaque and 5 days in advance in case of other bank. I have paid the chque on due date in past for the same and you have not taken any charges from me, now your system is not working and I am not in any fault, why should I pay Late Fee, Intetest Fee and Service Tax...? Please take in your consideation that your Vadodara/baroda Collection department is saying that if my due date is 3rd and I am giving chaque on 3rd to your concern department, I am liable to any late fee or Interest fee, and all ohter customers are doing the same. I also did this in past and your bank has not taken any charges. Why Now...? Pls do the needful here, I am very satisfied customer of ICICI bank, I am having other three cards but I have not used that for a single time.                               I have saving account with ICICI Bank at kalyan branch and I am also credit card holder of same bank. In January 2008, bank has credited my account with INR. 12, 000(Twelve thousand) without my consent and the EMI of same is debiting from my credit card account. I have never applied for such a loan. I am not receiving my credit card statement regularly.

                              Please take necessary action against violation of laws laid by RBI.

                                I am writing to this in sheer frustration of waiting for the last two months for a simple 3-in-1 ICICI Trading Account.

                                I had applied for a trading account on April 16th 2008. The agent who came to my office took all the necessary documents and promised that it would take 2 weeks post which the account would be activated.

                                I waited more than 3 weeks but received NO update on the same. On contacting the agent, he told me that the form was rejected because the company policy "suddenly changed" to the effect that a letter from the Company HR department no longer serves as valid proof.

                                He came to my office again in mid-May and collected copies of my passport as a valid address proof and this time promised that he would expedite the application. This time, he gave me ANOTHER application no.

                                Yet another month has passed and I still have NO UPDATE on what the status of the account is.

                                Everyone at ICICI Direct has been passing the buck -- the agent says there's no rejection now and the Call Centre says there's a signature mismatch somewhere!! I don't know who to believe. I have been making regular calls to the Call Centre only to be put on hold for long periods of time or transferred from one department to another.

                                In this entire drama, I have lost faith in their Company and the quality of their staff and service. I have heard numerous other stories of how customers are made to run from pillar to post for a simple process such as account opening.

                                I think they hire the MOST INCOMPETENT staff to be the face / voice of their company.

                                  i am very much annoyed from your services basically the problem is that i was having a due payment of my credit card which i have settled it up with your jaipur officer named Mr.Jhakhad (recovery cell, jaipur, upasana tower)and the amount which i have to pay to the bank after settlement IS 56000/- that he told me to give him in two installments, the settlement was done on nearby 16 of may 2008, n they said that they will come on 24 of may to collect the amount from me but eventually thy had not comed, i have also reminded him many a times to collect the amount from my jaipur address, but i was aback to see that there was no response from your side..Sir the problem is that Im posted in bhikamkhore where you dont have any branches, so at times it is immposible to reach u. Now suddenly one of your collection person. called up my wife and was very rude to her he also used abusive language and told her he will come to our place and will shout in the locality if we dont provide him the money.Upto my knowlegde v hv taken a C.C from a very good bank not from any roadside company. I[censored] people not take any serius action against ur collection person than i'll be having no other option for bringing you n dat employee into the court and also im planning to lodge a F.I.R against that illmannerd person, here im reminding u again take some serious action against him in 24 hrs of time.                                   This is very common attitude from ICICI collection agents, ICICI bank is not a bank it's multi branch pawn broker shop
                                  I live in a joint family.I am a student of 8th class and i live in Delhi. My parents dont live with me, they live in Indore and they 've sent me here to study. I'm tortured mentally as well as physically by these people. They fight, they cry and what not, almost everyday! These things effect my marks, my grades and everything else. And to put a stop these things i gotta raise my voice and shout, that almost tears my neck away. And on top of it all I DONT EVEN GET FOOD! I mean this is the LIMIT!! How much can they expect us to bear this hell of a treatment??!! But now its just too much, i cant let my life suffer cuz of these mother- fools! I wish that a strong action would be taken for this!!!

                                    I am a UK resident. Nearly a month ago I was carrying out transfer of funds (£5000) into my ICICI UK account over the internet. The sort code of their bank for UK accounts and Money to India accounts is the same. I had previously transaction details saved in my UK bank (Lloyds) preferences for ICICI UK account and ICICI Money to India account. By mistake I ended up clicking on the saved transaction preferences that sent Money to India account rather than my UK ICICI account. When I realised the mistake after 2 days I followed that up with a phone call to their phone banking officer and Email to [protected]@nri.com, highlighting the mistake and requesting the return of funds. I was given assurance since I had not sent appropriate reference No corresponding with the correct Money-India transfer the funds will be held in the bank and will be retuned to me within 24 hours.

                                    Despite various phone calls and assurances, registering complaints, 2 service requests references and 7 Emails and 25 days later, I am still waiting for my money to be returned. All I keep getting is promise of funds transfer to my originating bank but no results. I have also registered a complaint to their customer services General Manager without any results.

                                    What legal steps should I take to highlight the incompetency of this bank and its officers? I for one will be looking forward to ending all my banking relationship with this bank.

                                      Dear sir,
                                      I have a major big problem with ur credit card department service from (JB nagar branch andheri east).

                                      My Credit Card Details- [protected]/other deatails u can get from ur office.

                                      My compliants are-
                                      1. MS/ Gayatri Parab from JB nagar Branch, had agree for my CC settlement in 28, 000rs only.( Full N Final setttlement). The deal was 28, 000rs - 6, 000rs = 22, 000rs only.

                                      2. Gayatri Parab told me to pay part payment of 6, 000rs only of settelement amount. And after that she will relased my full and final settlement letter next day, and i will give her 4 PDC checks of 5.5rs.

                                      3. I was OVOiDED from Ms/Gayatri Parab and from her colleges from past 7days, with insulting response from Gayatri Parab. I feel i had been cheated from ICICI. I had taken this case VERY VERY SERIOUSLY.

                                      4. I had paid 6ooors in cash on 24th of April08. But still i had not received any letter. Gayatri Parab had given me in written that she is ICICI is agree with settlement amount, she has sign the letter also.

                                      5. If i had will not get response soon then i will start Ovioding from next month if ICICI will call me for payment of CC. Then dont blame me for whatever action i will take for my settlement letter. I have all recored conversation of Gayatri Parab and Myself of settlement in my mobile. i have her signing letter also.

                                      i would like to known you that i had followed your mail and i had visited to JB Nagar Branch, but i had a bad experiance.

                                      I spoke ot Aditi Naik on telephone, but she also very confused and she told me to talk to her colleges and let heim known everthing. i had given all details about my problem but i still had not reveiced any calls from Aditi Naik, from JB Nagar branch...

                                      Now I am getting unrespected calls from J B nagar branch andheri e for payment. i am not against payment but what ever i had told by gayatri parab i want that settlement only. ICICI is blaming me for everthing but i am not taking this responsibility. ICICI bank is responsile for everthing.

                                      Whatever settelment i had given by Gayatri parab she had been confirm by siniors.

                                      Let me tell you again ...I got a proof ...i got a proof...

                                      Dear Sir/Madam

                                      M/S Priya Joshi from J.B. Nagar branch had agree my settlement in 15000/- (Full & Final Settlement)
                                      And i also told that i m a EMI Customer how can u settle this, then she told me u can believe me i will do that its i promise.

                                      Priya Joshi told me that you pay the Rs -15000/- for settlement and i give a letter after you pay this amount and i send you the letter for the same day between 2 hours. which is i agree for the same.

                                      I have paid this amount on 5th November 2009. to her excutive his name is
                                      Shailesh Singh, Team Leader in J.P. Nagar, and he also told me that i will be come after 2, 3 hours with your settlement letter, then i taken his ID Proof for my information.
                                      I paid the amount in cash domination of notes
                                      1000* 15 = 15000/-.


                                      I have the Priya Joshi Number - [protected] & [protected], which she always calling for the payment from 1weeks.

                                      Now i paid the amount and i call this number she is not coming on the phone and not reponding, her colleges are saying that she already courier the letter through Blue Dart courier at same day, when i ask the Way bill nos. her colleges(Aditi / Jyoti) they are giving with insulting response, saying that they dont have, dont call here next time, she is not here, she went for meeting, she is not come etc.

                                      But still i had not received any letter from Priya Joshi.


                                      If i had will not get response soon then i will start Ovioding from next month if ICICI will call me for payment of Credit Card. Then dont blame me for whatever action i will take. I have all recored conversation of Priya Joshi and Myself of settlement in my mobile.

                                      I kishor koli (ICICI credit card no. [protected] & credit limit around Rs 20000/-) want to discuss on some serious issue with you, regarding harassement of your customer care dept.
                                      I done some shopping on my credit card on November 2007 & paid amount continuously for 2/3 years. After that because of some physical & financial problem of my family I was unable to pay amount.
                                      Sometime in March 2010 I got call from ICICI customer care dept (Miss Prachi [protected]) & she told me to pay total settlement amount of Rs 10000/- in two EMI ,after that I arrange 1st EMI & paid to bank & ask for settlement letter.After one week I cotinuously called Miss Prachi for my 2nd EMI but she nither pickup my phone nor called back me again,some time another persons pick up my call & reply me like your settlement letter was already dispatch,Prachi is out station,she was married etc.but I haven't received any settlement letter till date from ICICI Bank.
                                      Then after some days I again received call from ICICI customer care dept (Mr Santosh [protected]) He told me that my letter is pending for 2nd EMI & confirm me that after payment he immediately issue settlement letter.Trust on him I paid my 2nd EMI amount to collection boy of ICICI Bank He told me that Mr Santosh would issue you settlement letter in 2-3 days because of some accounting problem.
                                      After one week I called Mr Santosh & I shocked that he told me your settlement letter was not approve.
                                      If this is so then why he told me before & confirm about my settlement letter & also gave me receipt of my 2nd & final EMI payment?
                                      Again after 2-3 days I got call from ICICI customer card dept (Mr Suhas [protected]) & He told me that your accounting problem has been solved & to collect your settlement letter, immediately contact at ICICI Bank, J B Nagar branch,Andheri & paid Rs 500/-
                                      But my harrsement was not yet over as after payment of Rs 500/- I haven't received any settlement letter from you & also never Mr Suhas contacted me there after.
                                      So in view of all above matter discuss with you I just genuinally feel that I just mentally & physically harasse by ICICI Bank customer care dept.I am very upset that reputed bank like ICICI also behave like this with their customer,which I am not expecting from you,
                                      So,I just want some positive reply atleast from you.as no one care about this

                                        last month we completed all the documents to install the new swipe machine, at that time your bank person told us that the machine will be installed with in 15 days. but it is not installed yet. kindly tell us the status.
                                        Two month before we completed all the documents to install the new swipe machine, they promise us with in 15days give the new machine, but until one month already, now the person (mr.chandramouli, chennai base)told us "your business is low card", his report totally false, because we got already swiping machine under our former partner name(MID 50250651, TID[protected] our record turnover also going very well, now our concern is under new owner(BLOOM a/c[protected], the bank person (Mr.chandramouli, chennai base) did not come and verification, and not response any phone call and any more. please tell us the status.
