I lost around 24000 INR yesterday and the bad news is still the issue is not fixed from there side. Who will bear for the losses?

I lost around Rs. 30000 in two days and still there is no resolution of issue... Infact there customer care officers are not talking properly and given any assurance.. I am short term small investor who invests his savings to take little profit. but this all has made me lost my money... ICICI should bear the loss and should give the compensation..
Thankfully i did not lose my hard earned money but i agree with all of you. I am planning to open a new account with a better stock broking firm. My friends have given a good feedback for Kotak Sec...any suggestions?
I completely agree with this. ICICI should compensate. I am sure there must be some law/guideline by SEBI on this. We must unite against such ir-responsible service.
