OPEN LETTER TO ICICI BANK CREDIT CARD HEAD
The amount paid till date i.e. Rs.11,000 from my end does not in any given way reflects anywhere in your system.
According to you the outstanding amount i.e.Rs.23868.49 is more than the amount swapped on the card.
Every month a sum of Rs.1000 was paid as EMI installment on the ICICI EMI CARD [protected].
I never agreed or am aware of your inhouse financial charges which could lead to the current financial debacle.
This is pure indiscrimination and not acceptable by any means.
Moreover, you fail to provide me the corresponding bills each month.I was kept aloof of the bills.
The credit cards due were paid as per the stipulated time.
I defer on your commitment as the customer service on earlier occasion had stated that they did not sent me any credit card statement.
It is really funny that I received statements of my ICICI credit card ending with 2006 regularly but never received the statement for the subject card on my email.
Please let me know where my hard earned money i.e. Rs. 11,000 went that I had deposited on regular basis against the ICICI EMI CARD NO. [protected].
How is it possible that the total outstanding of Rs.23978.79 is charged on me when the amount of Rs.1000 paid every month should have been deducted from the outstanding.
The total amount used on the card is Rs.20000 and Rs.3500 on two occasions respectively.The additional one time charges on the purchase is understandable.
You have charged me lavishly with whatever additional financial charges to make sure that the stipulated amount of Rs.1000 does not get deducted from the outstanding.
This is not banking but instead it is robbery on your part.
I have been receiving the credit card statement for other ICICI credit card on regular basis.
I have every right to be informed about my credit card status but you failed.
It was always by the personnel from ICICI bank that due amount was collected.
I have the right to be heard.You cannot just simply keep me ashore by overlooking into the facts.
This is a complete breach of trust.
The trap was not to allow me to pay more than the set amount of Rs.1000 every month.
The other highlight is you did not allowed the bill statement to reach me through any means.
You made financial charges and made sure that the outstanding amount remains constant.Even after 11 months the amount outstanding gets overleveraged.
I am willing to pay the balance amount provided you deduct the amount of Rs.11000 from my outstanding.
THE SAME IS BEING DELIVERED TO YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND OFFICE OF THE HEAD SERVICE QUALITY (MS.SHEETAL THAKUR) BUT THEY ARE ADAMANT ON EXTRACTING MONEY I HAVE GONE PUBLIC AFTER CONFIRMATION FROM MS.SHEETAL THAKUR.
