On 11 May 2010, I dropped a outstation cheque dated 7th April 2010 with cheque number 660476 which was returned due to mismatch in name. Cheque was in favor of Rajni Gupta while account is in the name of Rajni, however my account number was mentioned in the cheque itself. I am surprised that despite of the account number mentioned on the cheque the cheque was not credited to my account.
I took 15 days to trace this cheque as i submited the online request vide no SR SR[protected] but no one replied to me. Poor services by oNline cheque status query.
Also the bank Sec 23 Gurgaon where cheque was dropped had no idea of its whereabouts. Poor sevices by branch also.
Then I contacted customercare who said cheque will be posted back to my adress. Still i didnt recive teh cheque. Poor services by bank.
Then agan I contacted customer care who provided the courier comapny details. Sppedex and number DL72198, which is not traceble on the net.
I dont know what the bank is upto and what kind of courier vendors are employed by the bank.
The cheque amount 1,40,000 is handsome and i am suffereing due to delay caused by your very poor customer services team.
