i am send salender for 6times in pondey hed office i want money we argent for my brother marragr function but pondy office not respos but we call in phone henot attend phone very poor responds and he say therten me .you shoud make salender money thate imposible you take money and should me and therten .so i go to consumer cort i think .very irsponspable office in pondy.pleasse take nessary acution immeditaly othder wise custmer we vill take acution legaly.

I have not recieved my premium deposited recipt.My policy no. is 02091355 premium deposited in october 2008.Kindly send my policy status and the amount recieved today if I stop the policy.

ICICI Prudential — regarding low voltage to our Area.

Sir,

Iam Srinivasa rengan living in plot no 267, 268 officiers town kanagavel colony meenabalpuram madurai, about 110 new constructed houses and more that 30 plus new houses under construction , finishing stage , our problem is their is frequent current problem in since low voltage , inspite of several reminders on behalf of association of officiers town , their is no response for sloving this issue , whenever we approched to the EB office , the engineer of the particular location responded their is no fund for giving transformer for this area , i dont belive the words from that particular person, such a wonderful goverment ruled by our great Dr Kalaikar iyya , we are getting blasted towards from eb office , please take some action to bring transformer to this area in benefit of this officiers town such way that we can avoid lot of illegal activites and crime can be avoided in this particular area , please treat this mail as urgent and do the needfull at the earliest to this area so that 110 houses and houses newly under construction will get benefit and live peacefully , iam very sorry if i hurted somebody on this mail ,
Please bring power to our area and make our life brighter.....

I have drop the cheque for your icici bank atm AFS chakeri kanpur.in the favour of icici prudential life insurance company.policy no.10459656.(BANK NAME---BANK OF INDIA)chque no.000022.DATE.17/11/2009.At the back side of the cheque i had written my husband's name ranjeet singh and his mobile no.[protected] and tilltoday I didn't intimated by your bank either by phone or message.My due date was 21/11/09 for which i had already sent the cheque which was required from my side but as the due date is over now and still my payment is uncleared from my bank then who is responsible for the delay.sir Iwant to know the reason that why my cheque is still not presented to my bank. Pls do the needful and pls reply me as soon as possible.

you are absolutely right sapna.the same thing happened to me in delhi.infact icici bank hasnt received by two cheques for the policy of the same premium.poor service by icici bank.guys if you wanna buy a policy from icici be ready to fly to mumbai every year to pay your premium yourself as cheques never reach them.

ICICI Pru Mf - Power Growth — NON RECEIPT OF DOCUMENTS

I B.Balasubramanyam, have taken a SIP on my wife's name for monthly investment of Rs 2000 in ICICI Pru MF - Power Growth (Ref:3958045). This investment I might have started from Aug 2008 and the amount is getting debited every month from her bank account regularly but we have neither received any original documents from your esteemed bank nor received monthly statement.

ICICI Pru Life Insurance Lifetime Gold — not reciving the premium reciept

we are policy holder of iciciprulifeinsurance lifetimegold. last two years we did not get any reciept of premium. and not deduct the premuim amount of Rs 2000/-per month last two month through ECS system despite of our sms. so you are requested to send the pemium reciept at least two month ie nov&Dec 2009 for the aim of tax saving . and further charge of premium may be deducted from our account in each month of 10th date. details of policy is given as under.

ICICI Prudential — No delivery of policy even after 6 months of payment

Hello,

I have taken a policy Assured Life of 30000/anum from ICICI prudential. Even after paying a check of 15000/-, I have not got my policy document/number since 6 months. I have paid check dated 19/11/2009 which is deducted from my account. Since I have not got policy or number I was not able to claim tax benefit for this amount in this financial year. Such a bad customer service is that even after repeated complaints followups, there is absolutely nothing. Please never take apolicy from ICICI prudential.

ICICI Prudential — wrong num

I am getting calls from icici prudential from last 1 year in the name of some Rajesh Sharma i have repeatedily told them its a wrong number and even went to their office with the complaint but till date the problem is not resolved, i even went to the call centr the call from where i receive the calls and they assured me that i will not get any more calls from them as they will put my numbrin DND but still i receive calls from them even at odd hours , the call centre from where i get the calls is of INDIA INFOLINE of Theatre Road of Kolkata. suggest me some help its a request.
