As against my mother's (Smt. Shashi Srivastava) ICICI Tax Saving Bonds (Application no.[protected] of distinctive no[protected], purchased in year-2000, so far she had never ever received any interest inspite of many reminders.
My request to u please see to it and make necessary arrangement to release above mentioned issue.

I, Pankaj Kumar, have purchased six numbers of tax saving bond. Its deemed date of allotment is 11.03.2005, redemption date is 11.03.2010, Bondholder No.[protected] and certificate No. 38394.
I want my chaque to be sent to my present residential address instead of my permanent address and also want to change my account number. PLEASE SUGGEST.

With Reference Bond holder number 9008933 (Matured on 11March 2010) the redemption warrant dated March 11, 2010 for Rs.13400.00 bearing cheque number 22891 has been returned on 12 March 2010.

Before maturing the bond i have send a written letter metionning my new account number[protected] with ICICI Bank Ltd, New friend colony Branch, New Delhi to update new bank details in Bond on 24 February 2010.and credit Amount in my account directly, which is still not updated till date.

Request you to send me above mentioned warrant once again without mentioning old account number or with mentioning my new bank account number[protected] on my same mailing address as soon as possible.
