I purchase ICICI TAX SAVING BOND IN MARCH 2005 ,THE FACE VALUE OF EACH BOND Rs 6700/ AND THE ISSUE PRICE Rs 5000/ AFTER MATURITY IN APRIL 2010. INCOME TAX DEDUCTED ON TAX SAVING BOND . WHILE WHEN I PURCHASE BOND I HAVE GIVEN PAN CARD COPY, BUT BANK MENTION WRONG PAN CARD ABAPK1086 INSTEAD OF ABAPK1086D.

kINDLY RETURN ME DEDUCT TAX AS SOON POSSIBILE ,BECAUSE I HAVE GIVEN PAN CARD COPY AND IN TAX SAVING BOND THERE IS NO QUESTION FOR DEDUCT ANY TAX AS THIS BOND HAVE ALREADY 5 YEAR.

I purchased bond from you and on maturity you have deducted 20% TAX AT SOURCE although PAN card xerox copy and form 15G submitted to you through courier on 26.03.2010 (received by you.). This is supposed to be TAX saving Bond and NOT Extra Tax deducting bond. Please look into the matter and send me the amount deducted as Tax at the earliest and close the chapter.
