ICICI Bank Bond 2005-II — Delay in Payment of Maturity amount

I purchased ICICI bank Tax Saving Bond-TSB-012005-Two worth Rs. 30,000.00 with the following particulars-

i have purchased icici tax saving bond on 11th march2005 and reedumption date was 11th march 2010 but tiil date i have not received maturity amount. if your company had send me cheque then inform me details along with address on which correspondence had been done . if not then kindly do the needful

ICICI TAX SAVING BOND — non payment of interest

I had purchased six tax savingbond no. 06420012 on 08/04/2005 which maturity in this month .For this i got cheaqe of Rs.31650.
but i donot get intrest of four year because this bond comulative option

This is with reference to “January 2005 - ICICI Tax Saving Bonds” (no: 6105145/6) investment of Rs. 30, 000 with maturity due on 11th March 2010.

I had submitted redemption form (serial no: 2929051) on 1st February 2010 at ICICI Bank (Chowrangi branch, Kolkata) but so far I have not received neither my money nor any communication from ICICI.

First reminder was given on 26th March 2010, but nobody bothered to revert. Again on 17th April 2010 another reminder was given but to no avail. I contacted the customer-care regarding the same but it seems people out there are only for the sake of being there. No action was taken.

ICICI being such a highly esteemed institution, this kind of service is something which is not only awful but also highly unexpected.

I request you to please credit the invested amount along with the interest for delay at the earliest. To avoid further delay, please take necessary steps and revert back immediately.

I am holding 3 Nos. ICICI BANK tax saving bonds Ref No.[protected] & Certificate No.23277 for Rs.5000/- each with Distinctive Nos.[protected] alloted on 24.5.2005 with the redemption date on 30.4.2010.taht time, I had deatil given of address & bank. Till now;I hv recd the amount by cheque worth Rs.18912 .
as per bond redeemption value is 19890. i.e. less ammount recd Rs 978 /-

what is ICICI doing wth the money ?
Does one need to prceed through Consumer Action Group?
