ICICI Two Wheeler Loan — for not giving noc

Respected sir,
i have taken loan from ur bank to the name of mr. nathu ram s/o manphool dhiya,vpo-nethrana,teh.-bhadra,distt.-hanumangarh and ny bike registration no. is RJ31-SA-9650,I paid all the loan amount but not received the NOC, we have no courier faclity to our village so plz sent the noc to my this address-anil s/o mahavir parsad, w.n. -18,teh.-bhadra ,disst.-hanumangarh
