I had purchased a mobile from ICICI credit card in July for which i have not yet recived the bill from ur bank but still i have done the payments on 21st August 2007 before my due date & now they r charging me the late charges which is not payable from my side as it was delaied from your side& when i gave a call to you customer care they gave mw the respond by saying we can help u, now tell me what should i do .Thye customer care person in ICICI bank delhi branch respond is very bad . i have sent pleanty of mails to them regarding this matter but they r not responding they r just going on charging me the amount now i request u to help me out & look in to this matter as all the out standing is full completed from my side

I applied the credid card from one month before,and icici person come and collect the salary slip and id card photo copy. so for i am not recieved my credit card please arrange same at earliest.

ICICIcredit Card — Settlement Concerns

Hi All,

I have been using a credit card since last 3 years, have made almost all payments in time, but now being out of Job for a while Iam findning it hard to make the payments and made my mind to go for settlement, the guy who came forced a alot to to give him one bogus cheque so that the settlement can be done to the earliest, after that he assured me that there will be no issues its just that your case will go to a better team and they will be able to do it fast, even I had a word with a guy who said he does the right off for cards so nothing to worry, Iam still not sure and bit concerned for issuing a cheque.

Please suggest ?

This is Sunil Kumar Yadav and I have an Account with ICICI Bank for the past 2 years and its a salary account[protected] with -Rs.82537.29(NEGATIVE) balance and I have received the shock of my life today when I went to the ICICI ATM to withdraw some money due to a MEDICAL EMERGENCY.

Your bank has debited all the money from my account without any intimation and I would like to bring to your notice that I had called up your customer Care department to ask them and they said that its against your credit card([protected]) bill.

If something would have happened to me as i m asthma prone, would your bank would have taken that reponsibility.

Well Did I authorize you to access my account???? Why was it done without my authorization??... Does your Bank know what discrepancies I am having with the Credit Card department?? I had gone down to the bank to discuss the credit bills I was receiving and they told me to complain to the Phone Banking department as they are a different ENTITY..!! So, how could ICICI give the credit card department the authority to access my account?? I am hereby serving this as a notice that I would not like to be a part of such unprofessional Bank or have anything to do with them.

I will further make no payments at all and assure you that I will take legal actions against ICICI under Human rights.

My Uncle is the Editor of Statesman and I assure you that it wouldn't take very long to mark a copy to him so that he can put it up in the Grievance column for all other ICICI customer's and the public to know how ICICI is duping the very same people who think that ICICI is there for them and their money as u say "Hum Hai Na"!!

I had made several complains to the Credit card department for the wrong bills and corrected them but there was no action taken from their end for which I had stopped the payments and was waiting to settle with the Credit Card Department and finish off but with this having happened I will NOT MAKE PAYMENTS.

I also have loan going on with your bank why don't you go and check if there ever has been a delay in the EMI? Code of the Loan is LPDEL000081 (Personal loan).

I have got options to avoid this condition like i can even leave my BPO job and can join any other BPO very easily as i m working as an AGENT and in that case your bank will not get anything not even the PERSONAL LOAN which i have from ICICI BANK itself or else i will file a lawsuit against ICICI BANK in the CONSUMER FORUM under RBI GUIDELINES for messing up with my CREDIT, UNAUTHORISED TRANSACTION IN MY SALARY A/C, SPOILING MY REPUTATION, PUTTING MY LIFE IN DANGER (as that was a medical emergency) and for MENTAL and FINANCIAL HARRASHMENT.

Please take this as a Notice from my side that I do not wish to be a part of this Bank anymore. My account number is[protected], close the account and DO NOT EXPECT any payments towards any of your loans as well.

Though I would like to NEGOTIATE on the CREDIT CARD ORIGINAL AMOUNT DUE if the matter is resolved at the EARLIEST.

I need my money back I have 2 kids and a family to feed I will not survive another day if I dont have access to my account.

Sir, i have written many times that i m not using the card and still ur deptt. sending the dues bills .i wrote that no dues is left and if it will continue ,i m forced to file a suit. i have given my mobile no. which is [protected] and my land line no.which is [protected] and already given the preferred time ,becacse i m a doctor and my OPD timing r morning 10am to 4pm .but they always ring me at the time of my OPD. so order the concerning person to talk to me regarding alredy paid dues after the given time and please do not send any more bills otrerwise i will talk to u by media and in court.

Absolutely, ICICI is one of the worst orgnanization. They fleeze money from anyone. Simply charging for nothing. If you ask them the explanation they give is system generated. They function the company looting from whole India.

The stern action to be taken against them and close the offices. I dont how the Government is keeping quite.

ICICIcredit Card — fraud with customer

i am using icici credit card. i did not got my statement for dec2007 of rs.1660. i got it in jan2008 with due date immidiate. I deposited the check of rs.1660 but on getting my january statement with interest charges, i came to know that my check was lost in transit rather you hav credited the chq for rs.100 in my a/c. which i have not sent. I contacted your c.care but they dont bothered. on 9th feb i again called your customer care and explained my proble. Your executive insured me that within 1 week you will get the sms of corrected amount and the enteries of interest charges will be reversed. He informed that i can make payment of rs.1660 on getting the corrected statement. But till date it has not been done and i got a new statement today with additional interest charges, late payment charges and a cheque returned charges for rs.100 cheque which is not mine. on calling up c.care, the executive told that he cannot do anything and it was a fake promise to coorect the interest charges. I request you to kindly look into the matter.

I had a Credit Card long back, todayi get a call saying we will issue a Non Bailable Warrant against you if you dont pay. I had already done a settlement earlier however i misplaced the paper.
I dont know what to do?

Being given to understand by your representatives who have consented the closure of the said credit cards – For card [protected] was Rs.55000/- and for card [protected] for Rs.18000/-.

Settlement letters for the said amount haven’t reached me yet. All that is reaching me are letters from your lawyers demanding more money even though the settlement has been done. If you say that the account is still open then the money that I have paid is to be reimbursed to me. This amount was paid by my relative considering my ill health. Past history has been documented to you. A copy of the same is with me and was sent to Ms. Kalpana Morparia, Joint Managing Director and Mr. Amit Saxena.

Please make sure that there are no more correspondence of the same is being sent to me. I haven’t recovered completely and still under medication. This causes me a lot of stress.

ICICI Bank credit card had now transfered all it's card holders earned reward points to imint program. If you visit the imintpoints.com, they sell every product at very hi prize, which ws not the case earlier with ICICI bank reward point. At the most any item costing about Rs 400 or so, you might see 450 or max 500 poitns will be taken for that. But just e.g. on imintpoints, for simple Barista Rs 100 voucher costs you 800 points.
This is clear loot from the customer. I suggest ICICI should cancel this imint program and continue with old reward program.

ICICI Credit Card — Points Earned

Hi

While i was trying to redeem some points to buy some toys for my son, i was shocked to see that all the points have been redeemed in this month. when i contacted ICICI, they replied that all the points have been transferred to i-mint and they will give more points when we spend.

ICICI never informed me of this before doing this.
For getting a i-mint card, we have to pay Rs. 200/- per card.
Payment is through ICICI Website

Which means whatever the amount we pay will go to ICICI Bank.
This is one of the other ways to earn profit.

We should protest this.

I am working in Panjab University Chandigarh as Sr. Scientific Officer. About 5-yrs back a personnel of ICICI bank visited my office and issued me a credit card. I was told that it is free with life time validity. Later, I found that it is no more usefull to me and I never used it even once. So, I returned it back by cutting it diagonally. About a month back, I received a call from Delhi that a case is going to be registerd against me for not paying the money for the credit card No. [protected]. I explained him my case as above. Today, I again receverd a similar call thraetining me to either deposit the the money (Rs. 4818/-)or case will be registerd. Sir, I fail to understand why such a torture calls are being made against me as I have not used this card at all.
I humbly request to please look into matter and save me from this unwanted harrasment.

I had more that 1200 credit card points accumulated over the period of 3 yeras. Last month I saw my points were zero. I called call centre and learnt that they transferred the points to imint and my points are doubled now. I logged in to my imint a/c, but I can't see any points added? does it take time to update? how much time or points are lost?

I am gtting calls from the bank to pay the bill even long before my bills are getting generated and even they are not telling the correct amount .
