[Resolved]  ICICIcredit Card — miss commitments thru credit card

Myself Lokendra singh s/o Shri Hukam Singh Resident at Plot No:-8, Verma colony, Shashtri Nagar, Jaipur,
I have icici bank business card, who has made on date july 17, 2007.
My business card no is [protected] & card refleceted name Mr Lokendra singh prop. of serveshvar sales agency,
as per your terms & conditions & your statements, there is so many dues from my side, but actual condition is, I am not liable to pay singl perks of money for the reason of misscommitments threw your executive,
As like--
1. Icici Lombard policy amount Rs 18400,

When I got call from icici bank executive he said me regarding credit card.but i refused, but he told me some good offer, that time i said i don't have any requriment for credit card,i have only requried of loan, that time he said ok from his side,same day i got next call from icici bank regarding credit card & loan & Don't talk about policy of icici bank,then it's all over ok from my side.After 10 month of receive card they can call me some offer like policy.but i refused, after that he was withdrawal of amount Rs.18400 without my permission.
when i receive the next statement & icici bank policy i can approach icici bank.but they don't want to talk regarding policy & credit card. As per this time i received many statement fulfill of charges. but i am not able to pay this charges. i want to resolve this problem as soon as possible for the reason of cibil.kindly favour me.
