Fraud ICICI Credit card transaction happened on 7th oct without my confirmation .
Dear Management,
Myself is K.T.JOSEPH ([protected]) , is the regular ICICI card holder since very long and my ICICI visa card of
number [protected] , got a call on 7th morning that i have done on line flight booking transaction of
worth 6k on 7th october in my mobile by icici bank customer care ,than i decline the same and inform them
to immediately stop my credit card service .
I also got the confirmation of old card blocked service and also got new credit card..
Than again i got a call from customer care that i have completed the transaction of worth 35 k from ON LINE
FROM my credit card on 10th oct , than also I refused him and informed him that I have alreday blocked my
card .
When i recieved my bank statement yesterday(28th oct) ... I was fully shocked and surprized to see that
there was fraud transaction been completed without my knowledge and my information on 7th oct
Total 6 fraud transaction were made on that same day 7th oct and total worth value of approx 40k.
The biggest transaction had been credited to IBIBO WEB PVT LTD Gurgaon office of worth amount 35 k,
today i went to IBIBO Corporate office at sec 54 gorgaon, and from there I cane to know that three person by
the following names had done this on line flight booking on 7th and booked the flight with my home address
and used faked user name , e-mail i.d and fake mobile number to book that transaction.
name of the person appear in the IBIBO flight booking are;
Mr Izharulhaq ansari
Mrs shaeen ansari
Miss shabnam ansari
and the contact detail mentioned in that booking are -[protected] ( this number is not working at present)
e-mail id - kt.[protected]@yahoo.in
booking gid - fmnoaspbhdz
no landline detail given in the booking.
I am very depressed and request you to kindly cooperate with me and get this amount completely reimbursed and also wants to file an F.I.R against the culprits through filing case in consumer protection cell/Court.
Looking for your full support and response asap . WHY SHOULD 1 PAY FOR THE TRANSACTION WHIHC IS NOT BEEN MADE BY ME .....BY SOMEONE ELSE USING FRAUD CYBER CRIME IS VERY SERIOUS MATTER AND ALSO THE CUSTOMER CARE IS SAYING THAT THEY CANNOT PROCEED THE COMPLAINT SINCE ITS BEEN DONE BY ON LINE ......... KINDLY PROVIDE ME COMPLAINT NUMBE AND PROCEDURE .
