i was holding a credit card of icici bank. It was my fault that i applied for a personal loan from the bank and instead of that, i got the card. i was regular in repaying the loan but due to sudden misfortune, i had to stop paying for 2 months.i lost my job and my family was struggling with the worst phase of life at that point of time. i was contacted by the 3rd party agencies from Icici bank and used to make harrassment calls with foul language. i asked for some time to repay to the bank but they denied point blank. i was disappointed with the service i was getting from such a leading banking service and i cancelled all by relationship with the bank. i cancelled Icici prudential insurance, stopped making any transaction with my personal bank and out of furiousness i stopped payng for the card.
Now im getting harrassment calls from the bank again for the same.i want to settle my card but no one responding to my contacts.
