Getting repeated complaints on this washing machine. Within 6 months from the date of purchase 22nd April 2010, 2 times complaint has been registered and IFB had replaced the PCB unit. IFB representatives said that this model is a failure because of lot of PCB failures.
Within 10 days from the 2nd time of the complaint(the PCB had been changed) 3rd time the machine had failed (Not spinning). This time the complaint was registered on 6th Mach 2011 against complaint no. 6011895. IFB service personnel visited and reported that the motor needs replacement. The date committed for replacement by IFB service personnel was on 8th March. Despite repeated follow-up with the Customer care, till date no action had been taken on this. For the past ten days the replacement had been kept pending and no response from IFB Customer care.
This is the worst Service support I had ever faced. I had even requested for replacement of the machine with some other good model of IFB, but in vain.
Request you to kindly take this issue with IFB and provide a favourable solution to us.
