I unfortunately brought IFB Washing Machine Senorita DX during October 2008 in Hyedarabad.
During last 4 months, this machine had given me troubles over 40 times, and last complaint was made on 16.09.2012, but till date none has come for resolution.
I made more than 15 calls to these Service Heads with improper response. I found these people are DISGUSTING AND give FALSE promises. The customer care call centre is also UNPROFESSIONAL.
From the last complaint date on 16.09.2012, till date no one has turned up till date.
IFB Company should understand that customers are paying money for the customer service also. Customers have not given COW DUNG, paid money, money, money.
Now I hesitate to contact Unscrupulous Service Heads. These Service heads not bothered for customers. Also they are not willing to give Managing Director email id or Phone number to escalate the case.

We have more then more then 10 product of your company but feel sad for our misdeed .
There was complaint made to your Devoted Customer care on 21/11/2012 with complaint id 10260846 but till today non of your service provider turned up.Between these i made more then 50 calls to your center but all assurances was in Vain .I think that i almost spoke to all of the floor managers Named Mr.Deepak, Abaishk, Mr.Amit, Mr.sachin, Mr.Nirmal and ect...
All had one GOLDEN WORDS THAT I AM TAKING CARE OF YOUR COMPLAINT AND IT WILL BE RESOLVED TODAY ITSELF.No, result.
Yes they mentioned that the PIN Code is not matching but if you pull out the records you will find that as on 08/07/2012 on same address and with same PIN code service was provided then why not now.
Or company should take its product and pay our amount as it can not provide service in this location.
