[Resolved] IFB Microwave — Delay in attending door lock problem of Microwave

We purchased an IFB microwave 2 months back. The model number is IFB17PM1S. The door lock of the machine is not working since last week and needs to be replaced. We raised a ticket immediately. The ticket number is 2982915. We have come to know from the service manager that the lock is available; however, even after repeated calls, the lock is yet not replaced. Both me and my husband leave for office at 12.30 pm. So it is not possible for us to wait for the service man throughout the day. Can we know, how long we have to wait for this service? I have microvawe model no. 25SC1. And its door has broken.I call the technician .But he said company not provides door lock now.becouse your model is too old.and its door lock not in stock in anywhere in Punjab. I m suffering this problem till 8 months. Plz help me as soon as.to provide door lock.

i have bought IFB microwave Model No 3OSC2 in 2011. The door lock has been broken as a result microwave is not working, the door lock needs to be replaced.
