My name is AMIT YENGKHOM, consumer number is [protected]. I booked online for refilled on 24 August and made online payment. Generally it's taking 4 days to deliver. But this time no one came to deliver my refilled cylinder on time. On 26th August I got a message in my registered mobile number "Cash memo [protected] of amount Rs.519.5 generated for booking no. 914228, shall be delivered shortly.Insist for pre-delivery check while receiving refills". Then no one came to deliver. Then on 1st September again one massage came "Cashmemo [protected] generated against ur refill booking No.914228 stands cancelled. Reason:Door Closed. Delivery may be reattempted shortly". Actually my wife is always at home. No one came to my home to deliver then why giving this reason. Then today 2nd September the guy came and asked to my wife for extra 100 rupees for gas delivery. But there was no money at home, so she refused to give him extra Rs.100, and why should I pay the extra money as I had already paid as online. Because of that he went away without giving the refilled cylinder. That guy was a very angry person talking very angrily, everytime he was asking for Rs. 30 extra. IS it compulsory to pay. Kindly, short out my problem to make deliver my refilled cylinder as soon as possible. Thank you.
