Indane — Poor service and non response and unbelievable

Sir,
I am regular cust. of indane gas service,
and our deling handle by Bhagwadia Gas Service,Hansi Road,Karnal
Sir i always call to them but they never Pick up the calls
and i booked my gas they said it will come within a week,but it comes in a third week.
and we facing the problem for sylendar.
so plz pay kind attention towards them
