I fully agree with the complaint.. The phones are never lifted..the delivery mentioned never met, and it is pathetic if some official visits the site..it looks like a fish market

this is the worst agency i have ever seen in my life. They are canceling our booking without our knowledge and without coming to the houses. If we ask them the reason for this they are abusing us with bad words. They don't have manners how to deal the customers. We are facing this problem for past one year. And also they disconnect the phone call in between while talking and they dont connect the line to the manager. I think manager is an and not supervising the agency. They are selling our cylinders in black and all are connected with each other right from the delivary boy to the manager and the owner of the agency. This must be taken into force and take action against the booking girls.
I am also facing the same. I haven't collected GAS at door, I always collected from the office. The gas distributed person Mr Giri never response properly and will never deliver in time. I hope, the distributor should take proper necessary action immediately and delivery process should stream lined.

I am also a resident of RCPuram, facing the same problem.The people never lift our calls and most of the time switch off and frequently they change their numbers.Please some one from higher official in involve in this and take action against this.

Oh This is Really very true about this agency. Employees here are very arrogant and hardly bother about the customers that are waiting near the counter. the way they respond is very rude. they never respond to the telephone calls and always keep themselves very busy in discussing their own issues. Please someone has to give them good couselling in order to improve their service level.

We r from mig and having the gas connection brindivan gas agency, when ever i try to book the gas the no will be busy or else they will not lift the phone, the worst servise this agency has we are suffering a lot give the solution for us.
100% right. we book the second Cylinder around 2 Years back but still we have not received the same, did follow up so many times but no use..stupid people!!

I Strongly agree.The response from the people over there is very poor.Always a big Queue there when ever we visit there for any small complaints.We have to wait long time for any small small complaints.This is ridiculous

The staff and the delivery boy are reckless...especially auto delivery boy is useless fellow..

Sir this is to inform you that there was a consignment booked from Vellore to Chennai by K.P.N. parcel service.From our party booked the consignment from Vellore KPN parcel service to Chennai Ashoknagar Branch. on 24.7.2011
When we approach the ashok nagar office and there is no proper response apart from that they degrade us.The important point is that the consignment is paid consignement.If we enquire the local manager and assistant they told very harassingly if you want to complaint to head office salem you can give complaint. In turn we have contacted Head office and there was no response. Almost 4 days still we didn't got the material. The serivce and the treatment by the KPN people is very idiotical and upset me. I am a small businessman and it spoil my business and it was very painful for two days. Kindly lookinto the matter and do the needful.

Brindavan gas agency should left over the company by reading all the above complaints, i feel they are incapable to run the show, i strongly believe with the consumer's complaints and myself too one of the victim...
I used online gas booking always and i used to get delivery date also, even though the cylinder will not be deliver on time. If i tried to call the concern person in the office or delivery boy no proper answer, simply they tell nobody was at home while we deliver the cylinder, its cancelled, so, suggest us to re booking ...this is frequent process for me...every time i have to book my gas at twice. Please appoint somebody to lift phone and give proper response to the existing customers.

It is to birng to your kind notice that their is no proper service from Brindivan gas agency for booking the cylinder we have to dail for 10-15 just to book the gas and another 15 days for geeting the gas it is request that higher authorities should look the matter and action to taken with this type of neglected agencies their licenes should be cancled my mobile no is [protected]
