Indane Cylinder — LAte and Improper Supply

Every month I book cylinder which takes min.. 20 days to deliver..
All other indane distributors are working smoothly..but only my distributor commits that there is a shortage of cylinders every time..

In my opinion I think the cylinders are sold in black for higher rates..

I want the authorities should check this irregular issues and find if truely there is a shortage ...

By lack of supply we always face a big problem...Please take necessary actions..

Indane Cylinder — Not getting cylinder after 8 days of booking

I was booked cylinder on 24/09/08 on Vimal Gas Agency, Nagpur. providing my new address on writtn. Same day from 3.00pm they have told that, already we have updated your new address on system and also send cylinder to you on new address. You will get it by 6.00 pm max. Today is 30/09/08. Still no body has delivered cylinder to me. Maximum time, no body pick up phone calls. If they are receiving, answering that today you will get it. From last 9 month I have applied for double cylinder. But still today they are avoiding by answering that supplying double cylinder has been stopped. How to manage 8~15 days without gas???

Sub- complaint for the due to bad service of Indane cylinder.

Myself Shashi bala sethi, I lived at najafgarh, and I am a house wife and facing the problem due to bad service of Indane cylinder, 4 months before Indane employee said that he would give me a new connection but till today he is unable to give me a new connection, and I have a paper on which was wrote the date and sign by the Indane employee, so pls help me to provide me a new connection from Indane cylinder.

Hi Sir/Madam,

My name is ganesh sharma. basically i belog from yamuna nagar but last 10 years i am residing in gurgaon. I am unable to purchase the gas cylinder. Last one month back i applied 3rd time for cylinder. Presently i am working honda motorcycle & india pvt. ltd. I deposited the form in Indane Office which is located in raj nagar khandsa road gurgaon. 10-15 days after they come for verification in my home. Basically i have a small cyclinder which was finish that time so i make my lunch, dinner with my friend who lived next door to me. Your Indane person look and think i lived with my friend and make the verification negative. please look since 10 years i could't purchase the cylinder. this is very long period.kindly help me because i am facing lot of problem. please contact me on [protected] for further verification

I have gas connection at Vikaspuri Santhosh Agencies.The delivery boy brings three cylinders at
atime,but while weighing each cylider weighs differentlty. please take necessary
action to avoid such malpractices.

Indane Cylinder — No delivery of new DBC

Dear Sir,
I have a Indane Gas Connection consumer no. -23270 at Rajaji Puram Gas Service Lucknow. I have booked DBC for my connection on date[protected], but dealer is not giving me the delivery of D.B.C. as I went many times to the office of Rajaji Puram Gas Service. Please do the positive.

Indane Cylinder — late delivery

dear sir ,i am santosh sonava and i am your customer last 10 year and my booking nois 27004, sir i am regularly facing the problem of late delivery of cylinder .i have made so many complane to raghu gas service(khandsa road) but i am not getting proper solution .sir there fore i am requesting to u please consider my request and solve the problem.

Indane Cylinder — cylinder not delivery

i am customer of indane with cust. No.7159 and have been rigisted with Bhumika agency(khanna nagar ,loni) .i have booked my gas agency on 12 jan 2012 ...but no deliverly has been made by agency.
