[Resolved]  Indane — Late delivery of the cylinder

My self Dr. Kuldeep Shrivastava H.I.G., F-2 Chamunda Complex Dewas M.P. Consumer of Indane Gas agency Safe and Swift 258 A.B. Road Dewas M.P. Consumer No is 6030 I have following comlaints against the dealer-
1- They are not supplying refill cylinder on time I have booked on 8-8-2011 but still till today on[protected] not recieved the refill.
2- They have not displayed on notice board of agency the stock position and of which date booking of refill is cleared.
3- Comlaint book is not available or not accessible easily.
4- They have verbal provision that next booking for refill is only after 25 days, this means they hardly supply one cylinder to one consumer in two months.
5- In the black market it is easily available without knowledge of the dealer and involvement of the dealer.
