I am a consumer of Indane Gas through Sonarpur Gas Service. This dealer is simply a nut and never pick up the telephone lines. They are the most laid back nonsense character people I have ever seen in my life. Ordering cylinder refilling through them is always a painful task. I don't know WHY INDIAN OIL CORPORATION KEEP THIS KIND O[censored]SELESS PEOPLE AS THEIR DEALER.

I need immediate resolution of my complain. My consumer number is 20346.

I am a customer of Indane Gas Service Sonarpur, My consumer number is17732, As per your system I receive a massage at 12/02/13"cylinder has delivered against your refile.booking no.449865 with cash memo 2576", but till date I cant receive any cylinder .Delivery man says they have not any voucher of my name.So please tell me what can i do?

I need immediate solution of my complain.
