[Resolved]  Indane Gas — Advance information

I booked my indane gas refill on 13.09.2013 through IVRS NO. [protected]. My consumer no 07156 & booking reference no. 383363. The gas was delivered on 17.09.2013. But intimation for delivery was received on 17.09.2013 through SMS after gas cylinder was delivered. In earlier cases intimation was received well in advance so as to make arrangement for cash. Now one gas cylinder cost Rs. 420/ including the authorised commission.I am a old man and have to make arrangement for cash. Pl. do it in future. In the cash bill it was mentioned as ME;;DSC- 5 of QUOTA QTY ;;9. Pl. explain
