Yes same thing happened to me, I have booked on 10/10/2009 till now not recieved the refill. I made phone to the agency after several attempts they told that will be supplied on 26/10/2009 but not supplied. again I made phone to the agency same day evening 5.30 they told they promise to supply to day but I am waiting till now. Every month I have been facing this problem. They selling the refill to the tea shop for higher rate, by the cylinder delivery man voluntarily, unnecessarily delaying to the individuals by this illegal connections. contact through phone is not easy you have to spent 3 to 4 hours then only fetch the line. Nobody responsibly answered for our greivences. I don't know how to solve the problem. I don't know where I have to complaint for remedies.

Anbu Indane Gas Service — Very Bad Service
Dear Sir,I am a Indane Gas customer with Anbu Gas agency, Arumbakkam, chennai and my consumer number is 26076. I have booked for a refile on 13th Jan 2011 over phone and my waiting no is 5533. They replied that they can Distribute only after 18 days. But after 18days when I made a call to them they replied it will deliver the next day. Again I called them on 1st Feb 2011 they informed me that it will be distributed after a week. In person I explained the things to the agency and my cylinders are empty due to abnormal delay, but they are not ready to hear anything and they are dealing the customers very bad. Myself and my 2 kids are suffering a lot. Now we are searching for other option that where the services is good. This is the think not only happen for me but all Anbu gas agency consumers. For past 3 months same issue. Please take necessary action.
This Complaint is Regarding Delay in Supplying Gas to Households near Hebbal. Even after Booking the Gas, More than 1 Month Delay in Supplying Gas to Households. Gas Cylinder is Basic Necessity for Cooking but The Indane Gas Distribution has been Delaying Supply of Gas by more than 1 Month. Who is to be Blamed? Why is Karnataka Government not taking any Action????????????????? The Karnataka Government should Fine Gas Agencies Delaying the Supply of Gas that is Causing Problems. I would like to bring another Complaint Regarding Residents are being Charged Rs 15 for Each Gas Delivery Per Each Household. The Gas Distribution Personnel are Charging Rs 15 for Each Gas Delivery per Each Household near Hebbal, Bangalore, Karnataka. I would like to bring this Matter in front of the Karnataka Government. Are we supposed to Pay Rs 15 Extra for Gas Delivery

Anbu Gas Indane Agency/LPG cylinders — delay in supply
I have booked for refill on 21/9/09 with Anbu Gas Agency #3,Dr.Radha Krishnan Nagar Arumbakkam, Chennai 106 (Consumer No.25684). When no supply received I approached the Gas agency in person on 30/9 and I was informed that my house found locked on 23/9/09 when the delivery man came for supply. They promised that the supply will be made on 1/10/09 but till todate no refill received inspite of my calling on them in person.In this regard I wish to inform that normally it takes 5 to 7days to materialise the supply after booking Like the agency not being able to give a firm date of supply the housewives also cannot be in the house till the supply is made as she may have to go for petty shopping in the neighbouring market for a shortwhile and the refill supply may arrive in that short span of time.
If the door is locked instead of diverting the cylinder meant for me, the delivery man can make a second visit either on the same day or the next. Alternatively the agency can inform the customer over phone about the return and probable supply on the next day without keeping the customer in dark as they have the telephone number of all the customers and finding a locked door is very rare.
