MY GAS CONSUMER (IOC) CARD NO:7621. BOOKED FOR GAS ON[protected] THROUGH PHONE.MY WIFE HAS BEEN AFFECTED BY EYE DISEASE ON THE DELIVERY DATE OF CYLINDER.SO THE SAME COULD NOT BE RECEIVED. ON [protected],THE DELIVERY VAN STAFF REPORTED THE BOOKING WAS CANCELLED .CONTACTED THE DISTRIBUTOR ANANDA GAS AGENCY, NEGAMAM WHO RESPONDED NEGATIVELY.
AT ABOUT 1100 HRS, I CONTACTED CCC,COIMBATORE.THE
STAFF RESPONDED VERY CORDIALLY AND POSITIVELY. DUE TO HIS EARNEST EFFORTS I GOT THE CYLINDER AT ABOUT 1300 HRS.
REALLY A RARE KIND OF GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL. I AND MY FAMILY FELT VERY HAPPY.THANKING YOUR STAFF VERY MUCH.
