[Resolved]  Indane Gas Agency Shri Radha Govind Kailash Nagar New Delhi — Abnormal Delay in Gas cylender supply

my name is Rajesh Mishra my indane gas connection no is 7629. My gas connection is attached from Shri Radha Govind Gas Agency. I have booked my gas cylender on date 26/11/09 at 12:30 am by my mobile no on your telephonic booking service 011 - 1260. Sir but till now I am not received my cylender. I am again booking on his telephone no.[protected] on date 4/12/2009 but they had also not send my connection. Sir it is repeated case the agency does not respond for these type of problems.

my name is Sharad sharma my indane gas connection no is 16315. My gas connection is attached from Shri Radha Govind Gas Agency. I have booked my gas cylender on date 19/01/09 at 03:30pm by my Land line no on your telephonic booking service 011 - 1260. Sir but till now I am not received my cylender.
Sir it is repeated case the agency does not respond for these type of problems.

I would like to lodge complaint against Shri Radha Govind Gas Service, Kailash Nagar, New Delhi -110 031, phone no.[protected],[protected]. The phones are always either busy or bell rings no body picks up phone. I had given the booking of cylinder on 10th Feb 2010 through
IVRS (Interactice Voice Response System), the systems given booking no. 45 dt.[protected] and after one week there was no response I again gone in agency for confirm the booking of cylinder on dt. 15-2-10, The receptionist called that the cylinder will deliver tomorrow dt. 16-2-10, but still not delivered. In between also i am trying but there phone is always busy.

Please look into same matter.

I am jitender kumar, i booked gas cylender no.15351 dated.1/01/2011, Shri radha gobind gas agencies.i did not received my gas clyneder delivery 14/01/2011.I request to you take some action against my complaint.

I have booked my gas cylender on date 30/03/2011, C.No. 12224 and on your telephonic booking service [protected]. Sir but till now I am not received my cylender. I am again booking on his telephone no.[protected] but they did not pick the phone on date 9/4/2011. Sir it is repeated case the agency does not respond for these type of problems. Kindly rectyfiy my problem as soon as possoble.

Sir it is repeated case the agency does not respond for these type of problems.Iam also a paralysis patient, Also I have face this problem.

RADHA GOVIND GAS SERVICE — indane gas sarvice

Last month, I had booked a cyllinder Online,My gas agency is Radha Govind Kailash Nagar Delhi & My consumer number is 5057. Till date, the same is not delivered to me. When I went to the agency to enquire about it, the staff had used filthy language against me. I request you to please dliverd my gas cyllinder.

I have booked my gas cylender on date 27/08/2015 against Order No.[protected], When I Trace the delievery status online there is showing the status is Cylinder delievered on 31/08/2015, Sir but till now I have not received my cylender.
Sir it is repeated case the agency does not respond for these type of problems.
