I agree and it is unbelievable that in this day and age they manage to get away with such severely deficient service. I booked my cylinder over a month ago. They said it would take 2 weeks for delivery but over a month later, it has not come. The lines are almost impossible to get through, and the attitude when you do manage to get through is rude and brusque and they put the phone down before you have even finished talking. I am confident that they keep their phone lines off the hook as you get the "subscriber is busy' message any time of the day or night you call. (have tried even late night and early morning to check. )
What is the solution ? Who can be asked to intervene in this matter ?

I booked a cylinder on approx. 19th Oct' 2010 and was told to wait 2 weeks for delivery. After 2 weeks, not having received the replacement, I tried calling and had to dial for days (!) before I managed to get through. (The line is CONSTANTLY busy/ off the hook)
On telling the lady I hadnt received it, I was put on hold for ages and then the lady came back on the line to say I would have to wait a few more days. It has been over 10 days since then, and still not replacement cylinder.
I find it unbelievable that in this day and age they manage to get away with such severely deficient service. Dear Sir,
Paradise Enterprises agency does not work this area properly. I remind you that this agency always black marketing and worst in old Delhi area but I think there is no responsible person who solved this problem. The does not booking the gas on phone and gas delivery in 15 to 20 days. The agency worker sold the gas in black in this area mostly.
I request you please if you are a responsible in your job plz watch this agency and solved the problem of this area customers.

Indane Gas — worst service of agency
I am having gas connection of Indane No. is 13258.The agency M/s. D P Tharore & Company Ansari Road Darya Ganj Delhi 110002 does not pick the phone for gas booking.Most of the time we have to contact personally. We have to try again and again on phone. Also the delivery person does not bring weighin machine inspite of reminding every time.
