Dear sir,
we have booked gas from tirumala gas agency located at gajuwaka visakhapatnam, these people dont lift calls even in emergency. they delivered a leaking cylinder we have logged complaint and asked them to immediately change the cylinder but they have failed to respond.since 3 days i am calling these people but
no one are taking action..dont know y these people doesnt take action even in emergency who will be resposible if anything happens wrong..kindly take action on them...

Yes this Tirumala GAS SERVICE provide worst service why indian oil corp. Ltd people not taking action, I think the IOCL officials also involving currupion with Tirumal GAS SERVICE
