they lating to delivery cilinder, wen i pon to to office they are not attening, and if they attend they are saying we will send u cilinder but they are not sending. the office in kopernkerna main office. pls take action on this peaple

Dear Sir/Madam

I am a resident of meerut (UP), the gas connection is on the name of my mother Mrs. Nirmala Gupta (Consumer no. H525), the agency which supply gas to us is Chetna Indane gas service (address: shop no. 11, (I) block market, near p.v.s. mall shastri nagar, meerut). The problem we are facing with this agency are:
1) Late delivery : We had booked the gas on 18th feb 2009, and we received the cylinder on 5th march 2009 after making 6-7 calls to its consumer support. Moreover the delivery slip which he gave to us is on some other consumer and of 14 feb 2009.
2) Unsealed gas: after all the late delivery problem the delivery guy delivered an unsealed cylinder, and when we told him this is an unsealed one he said this is the last one if you need, take it otherwise wait for some more time. in the end we have to take the unsealed on because we are running out of gas from last two days.
3) The delivery men doesn't carry weight machine: The delivery men never check weight of the cylinder on delivery.

i request your help to take some action against this agency.

Dear Sir,
My self Rashmi Dev. I am the customer of Indian gas since 20 years. I want to complain regarding the services. I want to inform you that on 21 May in night the cylinder was leaked due to regulator safety valve was damages. Next day we complain regarding the incident at dewas agency and we told then that we required the gas urgently but that told us that we would get the gas after 25 days. As for getting the new regulator we also pay Rs. 200.
Please look into this matter. And take necessary action.

is not given gas imidate they are alwase booking gas
and given costemar in after 10 days
and distebuter behaviar is very hard

1) Late delivery : We had booked the gas on 28th July 2009, and we have not received the cylinder on Till Date .
2) Unsealed gas: after all the late delivery problem the delivery guy delivered an unsealed cylinder, and when we told him this is an unsealed one he said this is the last one if you need, take it otherwise wait for some more time. in the end we have to take the unsealed on because we are running out of gas from last two days.

We have a connection from Saila Gas Agency(Suraram Colony, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh. Ph:[protected]. Every time they ask us to book a cylinder only after 25 days of cynlinder delivery and they deliver it only after 15 days from the date of booking.It really creates a problem for family of 5 members were in we dont have any alternative to cook as well. When we have been there with a empty Cylinder to get a filled Cylinder they refused to give one and spoke in a rude manner even in phone as well at times we called for not receiveing the Cylinder on time.

Pls do something about it.
Hope an action would be taken against the same.

I have booked a gas on 17/08/2009 my Consumer No. is 44028 at Gauri Enterprises, Dada Dev Mandir, Palam, New Delhi 110045 but not delivered till date. After contacting by incharge Mr. Lal Babu, he said that no gas is being supplied from last 10 days. however it seems sometimes that Hawker in connivance with gauri enterprises misuses my number.

1. Iam dependent onkullu -hp indian gas agency. my house is locat ed on nh-21., which is accessible to any type of tpt. agency is reluncantant to provide home delivery. As such there is lot of tension of getting a gas cylinder.gas is being disbureted in a vehicle, one does not know timings of vehicle, when it comes orgoes

I have only one gas cylender.we are booking the gas for the month of 16.12.09.But we are not get the cylinder till the date.in previsous week they are came to deliver the gas in varapuzha.That time we asked the suppliers about this.They told that your gas with them and after 30minutes we came ur home.But they are not deliver the gas.They are sold the gas in another person for huge amount.Somany times we are called the office the following nos...[protected].[protected].They are saying somany excucess.What can we do?The agency name was Chittoorappan, place edayakunnam.My consumer no:9125.So pls take a necessary action against the supplayer and make a necessry arragement ASAP.

Dude that is the similar case with me, by the way i too made a mistake of being their customer, i feel like sometimes i burn that place especially the that sits at the counter.

past six months the supplier can't give me a home delivery. the tell me that my area is shifted to another supplier but the process is delayed due to statinorey. that's why i take the delivery myself. but this time the cannot book my cyclinder as the said that my area is shifted but i inquired this from moniaka interpreis that my area is not shifted as it very shamefull act from urself because as a senior citizen it is very difficult for me to bear this pain hopefully u consisred postivelly. my m no. is [protected]

I am Anwar Hussain R/o E-127, Mansa Ram Park Uttamnagar New Delhi. My consumer No. is 4237. The agency for the supplying of cooking gas is Gamini Gas Najafgarh. I have booked for refill of Gas Cylinder on 19.01.2011. But yet Neither I have received the cylinder nor any information from the agency. The phone line of the agency either busy or non responding.

Please take necessary action.
